Spacious house in a quiet area, really nice!!

The house is located pretty high on the hill, but it's worth it to drive up and down the hill ( takes 13 min. By car) because the bonus is an incredible view!! The house is well equipped, and there is enough room for a family! The only minor disadvantage is that the neighbour can be loud sometimes. But we had a great vacation and enjoyed Chiavari and all the other nearby little towns! The owner is very kind and willing to help whenever it's needed. we definitely might come back here!

ländliches Ferienhaus unweit Chiavari

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder) haben 1 Woche um Ostern im Haus verbracht. Matteo war ein überaus freundlicher, deutsch sprechender, Gastgeber. Er hat uns zum etwas schwer zu findenden Haus geleitet und war während des Aufenthaltes für unsere Fragen ansprechbar. Das Haus liegt ca. 15 Auto-Fahrminuten von Chiavari und der Küste entfernt. Der Ausblick auf die Berge ist wirklich sehr schön. Auch ist man, wenn man das Fahren nicht scheut, schnell an allen wichtigen Orten, wie Supermarkt oder Bahnhof. Das Haus liegt in einem Bergdörfchen mit wenig Verkehr, nicht weit von Wanderwegen und Wald. Im Ort gibt es ein Restaurant und ein Kirchlein. Es ist sehr ruhig, abgesehen von den stündlich läutenden ziemlich lauten Glocken (auch nachts) und den Dorfhunden. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, hat auf zwei Etagen ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett, sowie die Möglichkeit einer Ausziehcouch im Wohn-bzw. Eßzimmer. Es hat einen Kamin, was im April wirklich von Nutzen war. Wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir gebraucht haben. Danke Matteo, daß wir bei Euch wohnen konnten.

Une maison toute équipée comme chez vous !

La maison est grande, pratique, idéale pour une famille de 4 et toute équipée comme chez vous. Il y a même des jouets, des livres, des photos de famille, et aussi un lecteur DVD pratique pour les enfants : en RDC il y a 1 cuisine-salle à manger et une grande terrasse; à l'étage, il y a 2 chambres, 1 salle de bain, 1 bureau. Elle est située sur les hauteurs de Leivi avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes et la mer (à 15 mn en voiture de Chiavarri). Idéal pour être au calme et avoir de l'espace. Un grand merci à Mattéo qui a remis la maison en l'état après 2 mois sans être louée. C'est donc possible d'y venir en hiver à condition de savoir faire un feu de cheminée (les conseils donnés ont été efficaces). Une très bonne location que nous vous recommandons. Grazie Mille
