Nestled amongst the suburbs of Southend on sea it is within walking distance of the train station Thorpe Bay and the seafront. Also only 10 minute drive from the Airport.

Large comfortable double bed with new miracoil mattress. Large 37 inch remote TV with DVD player and sound bar. Private ensuite shower room and separate kitchenette with all modern facilities.

Please put all rubbishy into front trailer or on a Friday morning ready for collection at 8am. Please separate food, in plastic container supplied and use pink bags for paper and plastic. Please keep noise level down as this is a quiet district. Thank you

Clean and well maintained
Had a great time in Southend and local area, glad we had bikes with us so we didn't have to use the car all the time. The description wasn't quite correct as the TV was smaller with no DVD player or DVD's to watch or books to read. Also is it really 1076 sq ft? Otherwise a good place to stay, loved the shower.
