Wonderful

The Apt. was perfect for our 2 week stay in Rome. The Apt. Is exactly as described on the VRBO website. The location was perfect - many good restaurants in the neighbourhood - the one downstairs is especially good. Thank you to Alojsia and Maurizio for everything from arranging the airport pickup to the Treats on Easter Sunday. Also a big thanks for being available when we needed help, you truly made our Rome vacation very special. We would certainly stay at Xystum again on our next trip to Rome Kindest Regards Ken & Terry

Fantastic apartment!

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. I wish we could have stayed for longer. Quiet but right in the heart of Trastevere. Comfortable furnishings, well appointed kitchen and bath, amazing terrace - and the hosts were super responsive and helpful. We will be back!!

The most beautiful apartment in Rome!

This is the most beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Do not miss the lovely rooftop either. It's the perfect place for morning tea and pre-dinner drinks.
