Why Stay YNA chose Old Town
Flooded with light this south facing mezzanine apartment in the Old Town is a real gem. We think it has some of the best views and ambience in the Old Town. A bottle of wine and a picnic for two on the balcony is a must and if you love people watching then this is the perfect spot for you. We’ve had two marriage proposals on the balcony at Juliette so this apartment lives up to its namesake! Complimentary WiFi included.

This property, adequate as it was, was advertised at a certain price per night, but I ended up paying over TWICE that with unrequested add-ons.
It is certainly NOT worth the price I paid. I have been coming to Nice for many years, but this is definitely the worst value for money yet...
Our flight was cancelled so we were unable to stay. Simon allowed our friends who were I. Town already to use the place instead, which we appreciated.
Cozy, romantic apartment steps from everything in Old Nice!
This apartment perfectly suited our needs during our stay in Nice. The balcony was the main attraction - we ate all of our meals out there and had lots of rosé while watching the action down below. The location is absolutely ideal - literally in the heart of Old Nice and steps from everything. The windows kept the apartment very quiet at night despite being down the street from the church and right over a lively street. The bed in the loft was very comfotrable, albeit a bit short for my husband who is 6’2”. We found the kitchen well-equipped for basic food prep and eating. We didn’t make anything fancy but had all we needed to make coffee, slice cheese/fruits, and heat up the delicious baguettes and pain du chocolat we bought each day. The washing machine in the kitchen was great - we used the clothes line off of the balcony to dry our clothes in the Nice sun as the locals do. The loft bed could be an issue for those with limited mobility (or bad knees) as could the old stairs leading to the apartment. We did not find either to be an obstacle to our enjoyment of the apartment or Nice!
