Why Fabio Leiva chose Kensington and Chelsea
Earls Court is a great area in Kensington which I am very familiar with. I love transmitting to my guest the desire to explore this great neighbourhood whilst enjoying this great cosmopolita city of London. The apartment is a great secluded hide out to return after a long day out and unwind with its clever layout where all the modern features of a modern apartment are to the guest's disposition.
What makes this Apartment unique
Great location at just a stone's throw away from the station connecting anywhere in the city. I like the late night facilities and abundant selection of restaurants to cater for in the area. A quiet space facing the rear of the building and overlooking the neighbour's gardens. The modern apartment flooded with natural light and fully equipped with comfortable furnishing will offer a great place to relax after your long days out in town. I particularly believe this apartment is ideal for large families with kids or gorps of friends -four max - where the benefits of having the whole apartment outweigh those of a hotel.

Review Of Earl's Court Flat
I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this flat. Light, bright, quiet and all the amenities as described. The flat was exceptionally clean, the management was top notch. Being located across from Earl's Court Underground made getting around London very convenient. All said, I would definitely stay here again.
It makes us very pleased to have guests getting acquainted with the local area and referring to the apartment as their home. We thanks every guest for the valued feedback which is helping us to improve our future guest's experiences in town.
Great place to stay
Location is perfect. Right across from Earl's Court Station making London sightseeing very convenient. Numerous restaurants , pubs, as well as M&S and Co op store making self catering super easy. Apartment is clean, attractive and quiet. Bed was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Fabio himself welcomed us and answered the few questions we had . He was easily reached at any time. When we return to London we will definetely choose this apartment again.
Most convenient location, immediately opposite Earls Court Tube station and with supermarkets, restaurants and several key attractions nearby. Excellent flat for independence and comfort. Smartly decorated too. Property management support very helpful. We'd very happily return here!
We appreciate every comment from our guests while we endeavour to improve our guest experiences in town.
Happy to continue welcoming every guest!
Location, location, location!
Just as described. A really nice place.
Fine appartment in Earl’s Court
Very well equipped close to buses and tube station. Friendly neighborhood with restaurants, caterers and services.
We would like to believe that by having recurrent guest in our apartments is testimony of doing something right from our part. The doors are open to all our guests, past and future guests when we - my wife Yolanada and I - would be pleased to assist.
I often come to London and have stayed in several short-let flats. This flat is among the cleanest, best-situated, and convenient that I have stayed in. Fabio was very communicative and flexible when I needed a place to store my luggage on the day of my departure.
Besides its placement in one of the most well-known neighbourhoods - and not far from London's centre - you'll stay close to several famous sites, such as Natural History Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, Science Museum all with free access, not to mention the shopping districts at Kings Road and Harrods in Knightbridge.
Open areas of woodland are located just a short walk away with Holland Park offering 22.5 hectares of gardens, children’s play facilities, sports areas, a cafeteria and large areas of woodland abundant with wildlife, a great place to keep kids entertained. Contained within the park is the beautiful Kyoto Garden; a Japanese garden donated by the Chamber of Commerce of Kyoto in 1991.
The river Thames is within easy reach where its promenade and Thames path will take you through some of the most picturesque sights as well as some of the best pubs and restaurants in town.
