Great apartment in a beach location

A spacious, clean apartment in a perfect location. Everything a family needs for a holiday. The location especially is fantastic, close to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. Having air conditioning makes all the difference and was always in use. A large balcony which was lovely to sit out in during the day or at night and ample space to dry the washing! A perfect place for families who value their privacy. We had a lovely ten nights.

Spacious apartment in ideal location

Austin was a thoughtful, kind and generous property owner. The communication was amazing (before and throughout our stay), and we really appreciated the lovely and/or useful gifts on our arrival. The apartment was in the perfect location - in-between the mud/salt pools and the best area for eating in the evenings. The apartment had everything we wanted and needed, including a very large terrace for pre-dinner drinks. We also found the apartment to be great value. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Austin and this apartment, and also the area (especially for any rheumatic illnesses).

Très bon séjour du 2 au 16 août 2017

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement est très agréable et assez bien équipé. Nous avons très bien été accueilli par Austin que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse et ses petits cadeaux de bienvenue. La climatisation est bien appréciable pour les jours où il fait très chaud et la terrasse est super pour prendre le petit-déjeuner et le dîner (trop chaud pour le déjeuner). La plage de la Mar Menor est idéale pour les jeunes enfants.

This apartment has a perfect location. The rooms are quite spacious and contains everything you need

The apartment is not modern, but very cozy. We lived there for almost two months and really loved it. It is foodshops and restaurants as close as it gets. The terrace is big, and it has a lovely sunset. The owner is amazingly serviceminded and reliable. When we came to The apartment we had wine, chocolate and fruits waiting for us. He had also left a lot of information for us about The area. We really felt welcome! If we had questions the owner gave us quick respons. Wouldn' t hesitate to rent this apartment again!
