About Richard Ziegler
My wife & I moved to New Orleans in August of 2000. What can we say . . . . we fell in love with the city and are still here 17 years later.
Richard Ziegler purchased this House in 2004
Why Richard Ziegler chose Irish Channel
This is/was our 1st home in New Orleans. We absolutely love the house, neighbors & neighborhood. As such, we could never imagine selling it. We built a new house in 2015 to accommodate our growing family but still live in the Irish Channel only a few blocks away.

Large Laurel house
Richard was easy to work with and very accommodating. House is large and neighborhood is close to restaurants and activities.
Excellent and smooth
This property is really a true gem. The pictures don’t do it justice. 8 women moved around and enjoyed every space so comfortably. It has everything you need and more. I could stay there for weeks! Location is perfect. Streetcars and Magazine street are all a short walk. Richard is a star of a host and very kind. Comfortable beds and super showers. Fantastic.
Perfect NOLA stay
The house was clean, bright and comfortable. The location was great with lots if shops and restaurants within walking distance. We have stayed in many places in N.O. and this house was by far the best.
Great to deal with 👍
The house and the neighborhood are wonderful! Truly New Orleans!
This house is a great choice for a stay in New Orleans. The bedrooms are large and the house is clean and very comfortable. I am from New Orleans now living in Virginia, and I have lots of family throughout the city. For a trip with my in-laws I wanted somewhere everyone could have their own space and get a good feel for the city. We were able to walk to restaurants and to the grocery store. Everyone loved the screened patio in the back yard and the kids enjoyed the park across the street. This house really made me miss home! Stay here, you’ll love it!
Literally 2 blocks away from the busiest stretch (bars, restaurants, shopping, etc.) of Magazine Street in Uptown New Orleans.
