A Quality Home in a Delightful and Secure Area
The home is very attractive and comfortable. We enjoyed our quiet walks over to the pool and into the library. The entire area is maintained and landscaped.
Chandler is well served by it's road and highway system. The airport is a short and direct route. Shopping, restaurants, theatres and parks are nearby.
We certainly would like to return.

Loved this beautiful home, gracious owners, never ending opportunities to socialize, all amenities one could ask for, and tranquil walks around the golf course neighborhood watching the quail, doves and roadrunners.
This rental is conveniently located 8 miles from the I-10 Freeway to Phoenix or Tucson and 5 miles from the 202 San Tan Freeway taking you to the cities of Scottsdale, Mesa, Gilbert, Fountain Hills and Apache Junction. Downtown Chandler and Downtown Gilbert are within 20 minutes of the rental. Each boasts a full range of dining options, breweries, movie theaters, live theater, museums, antique shops and boutiques. Also 20 minutes away via the I-10 Freeway is Wildhorse Pass Casino. Horseshoe Park Equestrian Centre is located 10 miles east and features a variety of horse shows and events weekly and a PRCA pro rodeo in March. Veteran's Oasis Park is just 4 miles from the rental. It is popular for bird watching and offers a wildlife center, stocked lake and walking trails.
