Nice holiday could use some improvement
The communication with the host was good until the day of check in, we were given 3 different people to interact with. The Villa was clean though Vrbo describes it differently- there was no oven or washing machine which Vrbo said it had, it also had no BBQ making cooking extremely limited which is a shame! There was also no Wifi and phone signal was limited using roaming from the UK.
The towels or bedding weren’t changed in 8 nights and with no where to wash them made it difficult to manage wet towels, there was no soap left in the bathrooms and we had to buy toilet roll.
There were no instructions in the bills only an emergency contact sheet so no guide to how things work. There was one kitchen bin but no external place to put rubbish other than walking to the top of the steep hill to place in the bin, a outside bin on the drive would help. The tv is 15 years plus out of date and needs modernising it didn’t work.
The pool and terrace is lovely, good balance of shade and sunshine it’s a real sun trap, quiet street and nice views, could do with some more privacy in the garden where the gate is.
Overall a nice villa in a nice area! Good price for the Villa you get just needs some modernising!
