Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

This condo is located just a short walk to the PCMR lifts, 6 blocks to the heart of Park City's historic downtown, and just feet from the bus stop. The bus in Park City is free, no rental car needed.

Brand new Furnace and Central Air Conditioning for 2019.

New paint throughout. New hardwood floors in main room. New carpet and bedding in all bedrooms. 55' smart HDTV plus Bluetooth soundbar.

The condo is over 1300 square feet, plus balcony. Plenty of windows and beautiful views of the foothills one way and PCMR the other. The main living area is large and well furnished. Open concept floor plan with kitchen, living room, and dining room all together. Gas fireplace in living room. HDTV, cable, and wifi. There's a balcony off of the dining room that also has great views.

Master suite has a king-size bed, gas fireplace, and its own bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two single beds. Second bathroom off the kitchen. Washer/dryer. Storage locker for your skis, suitcases, etc. on first floor of building.

Dedicated parking space on driveway outside of my unit's garage (I use the garage for my own storage).

The Lift Line condo's common areas include a large hot tub (indoor), sauna, bathrooms, ping-pong table room, and sitting area.

Well priced near the mountain
This was a well priced option in a great location. Beds were all comfortable and condo was fully stocked. I wish the listing had been clear that this is on the 3rd floor with a narrow staircase and no elevator. It was a lot to maneuver and carry for 5 people, boots, skis etc. There is a room downstairs to store skis after the first day but on travel days it was tough. It also would have been nice if there was a smart tv in the unit.

Location, location, location.
Stayed for a long ski weekend. Couldn’t believe how close it was to the slopes. Less than 10 minute walk and only half a mile from the town center. 6 of us stayed and plenty of room. The pictures don’t do it justice, much cozier than it looks. I will definitely consider staying here again

Great apartment close to ski lifts
We stayed 6 nights while skiing Park City. The apt is very close to the lifts, only 5 minute walk. Spacious, nice gas fireplace. Owner/manager good to work with. We would stay here again if we return to Park City for skiing.

Perfect Location
David was an amazing host! Super accommodating with whatever we needed. His place had everything we needed and more. Great location just a short walk to ski lift and lodge. There is a ski locker to keep equipment at too. I would definitely recommend him and his place!

Great location for Park City skiing!
The Downtown Park City Condo was the perfect place for our family ski trip. Location made for an extremely easy walk to the base of Park City Ski area (one block up hill brings you to the road along the PC parking lot). Also easy but slightly longer walk to downtown area and in other direction the grocery store. There is a convenience store just a short walk away. Also there is a bus stop just outside the building - some in our party skied at Deer Valley and took the bus. The unit was bigger than we had expected based on photos ( dining table seats six - comfortable places for everyone to sit in sofa / chair area). The fireplace was great. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, basics. The owner and property manager are extremely responsive. We had a minor maintenance issue that was quickly resolved and the property manager was kind enough to deliver a large coffee maker when we asked if it was possible to get something larger than the 5 cup model in the unit. We really appreciated the quick responses! We used the building hot tub every day after skiing. The building is a bit older, hot tub area is older but tub was clean and water hot. We sometimes had it all to ourselves and sometimes there was a crowd. The building common area also has a nice ping pong table and foosball. Building and unit were easy to access with codes for door locks. The unit had a parking spot which we only used on the last day when 2 in our party had a rental car. We did not have a car with us for the week and we did not feel like we needed one. The condo was the perfect rental for a party of six for a ski week at Park City. Highly recommend!
