Notes

• The rent includes water, and electricity, bed linen and towels (except beach towels). Arrival / Departure days are flexible all year round as we understand that mid week flights are much more economical. Arrival time 16.00; departure time no later than 10.00 AM to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. Change of linen and towels is provided for bookings of 14 days or more on the 7th day then weekly. Extra days at pro-rata cost. Discounted rates for long lets, low season. A holding deposit of 25% is required upon booking. A refundable damage deposit of €200 Euros is required prior to arrival. Child's high chair and cot can be provided. Both of our Televisions are equipped with Amazon Fire TV sticks with associated VPN technology - however these devices require some prior knowledge to access their full functionality which is regularly updated / changed as such we will provide no techical support or assistance with these devices.
