About this property

WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT OUR UNIT? It is one of the nicest and most luxurious units in all of Boardwalk Beach Resort (see our reviews!). Our condo is our home away from home and has recently been professionally decorated and painted with beautiful colors, wood floors, and upscale furniture. Long term guests will appreciate the updated kitchen with GE Profile Stainless Steel appliances and new heating / ac unit. Our unit is a much sought after center unit giving you spectacular 180 degree views of the white sand beaches and beautiful emerald waters. In addition, there is plenty of parking above or below ground.

The Deluxe Master Bedroom has a large king size bed with an upgraded mattress that is very comfortable. The room also features a 55' LED Smart HD TV w/ access to Netflix and other streaming services, including YouTube TV, and Wi-Fi access. The beautiful view of the water and beach is simply breathtaking with floor to ceiling windows.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with a very comfortable mattress, closet, flat screen TV, and private access to the second full bathroom.

The kids bunk room (with TV!) features easy access to the beds and its own door for privacy.

The Living Room has a new top-of-the-line leather sofa with a very comfortable and matching love seat. This is our family's personal condo furnished with upscale decor with comfort in mind, including a 55' LED Smart HD TV. All TVs in the unit have the same access to streaming services.

You have to visit us at least once. You will not only want to come back to Boardwalk, but will want to stay in our unit again and again as this is not your average rental condo! Attention to detail is top priority to make your stay like home.

This unit is perfectly located on the 10th floor in the middle of Boardwalk and low enough to view the beauty without binoculars yet high enough avoiding any unwanted noise from the pool area. Boardwalk has a large, heated pool and kiddie pool with numerous hot tubs.

Family Vacation

We love staying at the Boardwalk Beach Resort, not overcrowded, away from all front beach road chaos but still close enough to everything! We loved our condo. It was VERY ACCOMODATING!!!

Great Communication Great Condo

We had the best time and the condo was amazing! We’ve stayed at several condos at Boardwalk and it was by far the best decorated! Beds were very comfortable and we have no complaints at all. We had one tiny issue with a remote, but Steve was quick to order another one! He was the best at communicating with us, even late at night when we couldn’t get a TV to work lol. We will definitely be staying again! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Condo, great facilities but strict Pool

The condo was great. The living room furniture was new, the decor was up to date and the beds all slept well. We loved our stay! The owner was very responsive via text if I had any needs. The location was ideal as well. We were on the tenth floor, so the views were great, but we didn't hear all of the pool noise. If you want a place that runs a very tight ship around the pool, then the Boardwalk is your condo. Our kids had fun poolside, but the rules, and some of the watchful owners, were a bit much. Our kids are young, so they enjoy jumping in, tossing a ball and diving toys. None of the above games were allowed, and were quickly stopped. We followed the rules, but the pool was a bit much for our stage in life.

Amazing vacation!

Our stay at this condo was wonderful! It’s was beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is very convenient. The property owner was so nice and helpful, and made sure we had a great vacation. We hope to be back soon!

I enjoyed all the little extras I’ve not found in other condos; as in extra toiletries, coffee, & sandwich bags just to name a few . Those are a big deal when you’ve not yet been able to go get them. It seemed very thoughtful! Beautiful place!!
