Appartement complètement à l abandon depuis le covid...

Heureusement que Mohamed était là, car le propriétaire n était pas très réactif. Nous avions loué pour 5 mois et demi et nous avons perdu au moins 10 jours pour tout remettre au propre, en fonctionnement et comme les photos. Et ceci sans le moindre geste commercial du propriétaire...

No WiFi torn bedding dirty surfaces and cutlery upstairs shower only cold. One room on diff floor

The property was cold and dirty, heater supplied did not work, dish washer broke. Man did not respond to our messages. Roof terrace filthy. We would not book again however Essouaria was a fun place to be.

Bel appartement spacieux et bien eclaire convient pour un petit groupe

L"espace de cet appartement permet a chacun d'etre autonome et de ne pas deranger les autres residents.Commerces a proximite et taxis au prix tres abordable pour se rendre dans la medina.

Logement correspondant aux photos, bien situé et spacieux

Appartement conforme aux photos, équipé correctement, situé à proximité de la plage (5' à pied), de la médina (15'), de petits commerces pour les achats quotidiens (pain, fruits, légumes), de restaurants, d'une moyenne surface (20'), sur un axe fréquenté donc bruyant notamment en soirée et la nuit (chambre parentale). Accueil très sympathique d'Olivier, ponctuel et réglant rapidement le Wifi et à la fin attendant avec nous le taxi, s'assurant même par téléphone que ce dernier ne nous avait pas oubliés. Nos regrets : la terrasse n'est pas privative et son mobilier nécessite soit un coup de peinture antirouille soit un lessivage intensif ; de plus, les fenêtres de l'appartement du 2d étage donnent sur la salle à manger via le puits de lumière (donc même si les voisins sont calmes, les bruits de leur vie quotidienne sont bien perceptibles dans l'appartement) ; enfin, certains équipements sont vieillots (draps, torchons, planche à repasser, pinces à linge, détail mais elles ont laissé des traces indélébiles sur du linge :-( et le lave vaisselle était tellement encrassé qu'il ne lavait pas correctement.

Appartement impeccable

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement qui était conforme à la description. Tout était propre,parfaitement équipé,avec une excellente literie et un linge de maison nickel! Il est très bien situé,avec plein de petits commerces à proximité,une petite pâtisserie avec d'excellents jus à 2 pas (la charlotte),le patachou,petite boutique d'excellentes pâtisseries françaises,une superette,la maison gourmande où l'on peut prendre un petit déjeuner... D'autre part,nous avons eu un très bon contact avec le propriétaire,qui nous a été de bon conseil et Olivier,nous a très bien accueilli sur place! En bref,je conseille cette location sans aucun problème et nous reviendrons certainement!
