What seduced us by buying this house is on the one hand the proximity of the beach and the calm and rest of the residence which has retained the maximum of trees (old pine forest) which gives the impression in the morning when waking up to be in the middle of nature. Birdsong and squirrels delight you at breakfast. On the other hand, the very close surroundings where all the attractions and activities of all kinds are at your fingertips such as: lakes, forests, surfing, windsurfing, walks, bike paths, thalassotherapy center, equestrian center, center sports (UCPA), tennis, golf, etc ... Lovers of nature, scenery, or looking for rest or entertainment everything is offered in this rental. In addition, the investment is committed by the owners for the well being of the tenants such as the comfort of the accommodation and all the accessories put at their disposal (air-conditioning, flat screen, parasol of wide amplitude on the terrace, barbecue, bicycles, micro wave, dishwasher etc ...) which makes the satisfaction of users during each holiday period. Near the UCPA. multiple sports can be practiced, sailing on the surrounding lakes, suf to the ocean, tennis, horse riding, golf etc ...

Schönes kleines Haus in super Lage

Kleines Haus in schöner Lage. Super für Fahrrad Fahrten. Strand und Supermarkt sind nicht weit entfernt. Übergabe Schlüssel ging problemlos beim ein- und auschecken. Sehr flexibel. Parkplatz direkt um die Ecke. Schöne Terrasse. Küche war gut sortiert. Grill vorhanden. Großer Kühlschrank. Großer Garten mit Wäscheleinen. Kommunikation ging sehr gut mit dem Inhaber des Hauses. Gesamteindruck: es müsste mal komplett grundgereinigt werden!! Möbel bzw. Matratzen ausgetauscht. Matratzen durchgelegen. Die Dusche/Fugen sind dermaßen verschimmelt, da hilft nur eine neue Dusche/Silikonfugen. Fast auf allen Matratzen und Bettdecken/Kissen sind gelbe Flecken. Ich weiss nicht wer für die Reinigung der Betten bzw. der Decken zuständig ist. Die gelbe Toilette hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Dort platzt schon der Lack ab. Leider wenig Möglichkeiten zum aufhängen für Kleidung. Für 2 Personen ist das ok. Für 6 Personen wird's eng. Ich habe Fotos gemacht, falls gewünscht. Wenn das Häuschen gereinigt und teilweise das Badezimmer/Toilette erneuert wird. Sowie die Matratzen, ist das auf jeden Fall eine Immobilie zum empfehlen.

Propriétaires très sympathiques et très soucieux que tout le séjour se déroule parfaitement ! le logement est superbe et très bien entretenu ! tout est aménagé à la disposition des locataires merveilleusement ! à vivement recommander !

Emplacement privilégié mais entretien laissant à désirer

Location située dans une résidence calme, idéalement située entre Lacanau océan et les plages, à proximité des pistes cyclables et où tout peut se faire à vélos. Terrasse ensoleillé et petit terrain agréable. Bien que le logement semble avoir été refait récemment, nous avons été déçus par son entretien (chaises longues inutilisables car cassées ou rouillées - un seul grand verre - couverts cassés ...). Enfin, à notre arrivée, ménage laissant à désirer.

Très belles vacances en arrière saison.

Maison très agréable et très bien aménagée. L'environnement, dans une forêt de pins, vous invite à la promenade, en vélo ou à pieds. Oubliez votre voiture pour accéder aux magasins, restaurants et, plages magnifiques. J'ai passé de très belles vacances en arrière saison.
