For example:
Christmas is a flat rate at $20,000 and must end by 12/26.
New Year is a flat rate at $22,000 and can start 12/27 or later.

Sea Dragon is a Fountaine Pajot Saba 50. Very thoughtfully designed and luxury-oriented catamaran that is generously equipped to "slay all day!"

Not only does Sea Dragon cruise the USVI, it also accepts request for the British Virgin Islands or Saint Martin, Saint Barths and Anquilla for charters from November through July. And during hurricane season, she moves to Saint Vincent and Grenadines from August through October.

Breakfast -
Eggs Benedict served on a warm croissant with home-made Hollandaise sauce;
Brioche French toast served with coconut whip cream and maple syrup;
Turkish Shashuka served with feta and avocado;
Potatoes and veggie frittata with avocado;
Breakfast bowl with Halloumi, avocado, greek yogurt, poached egg and tomato shallot salsa;
Huevos Rancheros;
Zucchini fritter with poached egg and sweet potato home fries.

Lunch -
Grilled Salmon served with a quinoa, mixed vegetable and herb salad, topped with Greek yogurt;
Greek style spread; chicken gyros, meat balls, halloumi, Homemade tzatziki, slow roasted vegetables and green salads;
Slow cooked pulled pork sliders served with a coleslaw and potatoes;
Rainbow Poke bowl with rice, edamame, cabbage, cucumber, mango and tuna with spicy mayo;
Grilled chicken Caesar salad;
Beef barbacoa tacos with mango pepper salsa.

Dinner -
Pan fried scallops with sweet potato puree and crunchy Brussel sprouts;
Thai noodle salad served with Tuna Tataki and a satay sauce;
Chicken Thigh Chimichurri with grilled vegetables;
Shrimp and garlic linguine;
Caribbean inspired sweet potato curry with rice and home made pita bread;
Moroccan Lamb Tagine;
Traditional lasagna.
