This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms Coldstream Cove townhouse is located across the street from the TPC Clubhouse and Grille. This 1950 sq. foot home has everything you need to come in and start relaxing. ALL FURNISHINGS AND AMENITIES ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION! It is located in a cul-de-sac and is nestled up to the quiet nature preserve for maximum privacy.

A laundry room with BRAND NEW WASHER AND DRYER are available for your use. No need to pack extra clothes and no need to bring home dirty laundry. We can provide all linens and towels!

There is a 46’ flat screen HDTV 1080p with DVD player in the living room. Each bedroom also has smaller flat screen TVs as well as the Carolina room. With the cable television service, you can enjoy all the major networks, local channels, national news and weather on more than 50 different networks. High speed internet is also provided with WIFI with upgraded speeds for 2020.

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for those meals you want to eat in. Dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, coffeemaker are but a few of the amenities you will discover. You will find plenty of pots, pans, plates, glassware and utensils. The dining room table has an extra leaf and chairs to add more space, if needed.
The spacious master bedroom suite includes its own master bathroom with double vanity, shower, jetted tub, and walk-in closet. It has a queen sized bed and two dressers. Upstairs has plenty of room with two more bedrooms and a loft. One bedroom has 1 queen sized bed, a dresser and its own full bathroom. The second has 2 twin beds and a dresser. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The loft has a futon pull out double bed and shares another full bathroom.

You will be located 15 minutes from the airport and downtown Myrtle Beach and 10 minutes from the beaches, fishing piers and all kinds of nature trails and activities. Every type of retailer from CVS, liquor stores, Publix, Lowes, golf shops, antique shops, piggly wiggly and even a mall for the rainy days with a movie theatre is within 5 minutes. I highly recommend the 8-10 different restaurants along the Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk (3-5 min. drive) where you can grab a great meal. The Myrtle Beach area has plenty of entertainment, restaurants and attractions including Broadway at the Beach, great seafood, outlet shopping, fishing, Pawley's Island, Huntington Beach State Park and Brook Green Gardens. There are 100’s of premium golf courses in the area to choose from. Guests are permitted to use the community pool at Coldstream Cove. The pool is a short walk from the house and is one of the nicest pools in the area.

***We also include a FREE South Carolina State Park Pass, which includes free access to nearby MYRTLE BEACH STATE PARK and HUNTINGTON BEACH STATE PARK for our guests to enjoy. The beach is not crowded, beautiful, well-kept and offers many activities including fishing, hiking, biking, and picnic shelters.*** There are 4 beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the garage, along with some buckets and shovels for the kids for your use during stay.
