Logement au top !

Le logement est idéalement situé, propre, très commode, rien ne manque. Il est très facile de se garer à proximité. Le quartier est très calme. La communication avec José a été impeccable. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement pour un agréable séjour à Minorque !

Un petit coin au calme

Un petit séjour dans une résidence à taille humaine. L’appartement détient toutes les commodités à proximité et était propre à notre arrivée. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine en fin de journée avec notre fils de 3 ans. Un seul bémol serait qu’il mériterait un coup de rafraîchissement (carrelage, joints, certains meubles cassés ou écailles) pour le prix de la location. Cap Arthurtx est cependant un lieu magique !

Townhouse Stay

Instructions for finding and entering the property were very clear. The place was clean and a little dated in some areas but nothing that wasn’t expected. There was plenty of fresh towels and bedding, the bedrooms in particular were spacious. The living room has seating for 2/3 with a small TV. The kitchen area is a bit tight but again nothing that wasn’t shown on the listing. The outdoor area was clean and spacious. The pool was never busy, at times we were the only ones there and the complex seemed to be cleaned 1-2 times a week. All the other guests/residents were quiet and respectful. The nearest beach is a 15-20min walk and the immediate area is a little quiet with only 2 restaurants and a bar but there are 3 supermarkets to choose from and a cafe. The public pool is a 5 minute walk and is a good place to spend time with no pressure to buy drinks or food from the bar. Most of our evenings we would walk down to the harbour which is loaded with restaurants, shops and a few bars.

Séjour exceptionnel

Très jolie villa dans un complexe à taille humaine. La vue depuis la terrasse est superbe. La villa est joliment décorée. La propriétaire est facilement joignable et répond très rapidement. Cadre exceptionnel avec de splendides couchés de soleil.... Premier séjour à Minorque merveilleux, nous recommandons sans problème cette location !
