Lovely manhor house with beautiful garden, provided with every comfort: a pool, a patio and an outside kitchen with bbq.
Only 50 mt far from the beach, this manhor house is very near to everything you will need: supermarket, tobacconist, newsagent , greengrocer store, and more for shopping a 500 mt; gas station a 200 mt, restaurant a 100 mt, diving center 1km.

Schlechtes Preisleistungsverhältniss

Positiv bewertet: - Schöner, grosser und gut gepflegter Garten - Sehr schöner, Salzwasser Swimming Pool mit Entsalzungsanlage ohne Chlorzusatz - Im Prinzip gute Aufteilung des Hauses mit ausreichend Platz für 8-10 Personen - Lage des Hauses: 40 km vom nächsten Fährterminal in Olbia entfernt (ca. 1 h Fahrzeit). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 1 km entfernt. - Strand 50 m entfernt, klein, im Vergleich zu den anderen Stränden, mässige Qualität (Seegrass). Negativ bewertet: - das Haus wurde gemäss den Vermieterangaben 2010 total renoviert. Die Renovation im Innenbereich erfolgte leider fast ausschliesslich mit billigen IKEA Möbeln. - die Sauberkeit des Hauses ist mangelhaft. Z.B. waren bei unserer Ankunft die Badezimmer Eimer nicht geleert und waren dementsprechend eklig. Die Geschirrspülmaschine war dreckig und noch voll mit Geschirr und die anwesende Reinigungskraft fühlte sich nicht zuständig die Maschine auszuräumen noch zu putzen. - Die Mehrheit der Moskitonetze waren kaputt. - In den Schlafzimmer blutige Mückenflecken, welche nicht weggeputzt wurden. - Bei der Kleiderwaschmaschine war der Waschpulverspender voller Schimmel und nicht geputzt. - Der Abstellraum war unaufgeräumt und schmutzig. - 4 Lampen im Haus hatten kein Licht, weil die defekt Birne nicht ausgewechselt wurde. - Die TV Fernbedienungen hatte keine Batterien oder die Batterien waren leer. - Der Fernseher im Untergeschoss funktionierte gar nicht mehr. - Die Schränke im Untergeschoss waren sehr staubig. - Im Garten hätte es schöne Holzliegen, jedoch wenn man sie bewegt, fallen die Räder ab. Für 2 Liegen ist nur ein Bezug vorhanden und der ist zerrissen. - Der Grill im Garten ist unaufgeräumt, schmutzig, die Asche wurde nicht entsorgt. - Im Garten hat es einen kleinen Unterstand um diverse Pool Spielsachen zu versorgen, aber diese war restlos alle kaputt. Warum entsorgt der Vermieter diese nicht?? - Die Halterungen mehrerer Gardinen fallen aus den Verankerungen heraus. - Ein weiteres Ärgernis der Strom: Sobald man mehr als 3 Klimaanlagen oder 2 Klimaanlagen und zB. ein Geschirrspüler oder Ofen laufen lässt, dann fällt die Hauptsicherung heraus und man muss ausser Haus gehen und die Hauptsicherung wieder einschalten. - Am Ende muss man noch einen erheblichen Betrag für den Strom extra bezahlen, welche uns der Vermieter erliess nach Reklamation der Mängel.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr schöner Aussenbereich! Die Inneneinrichtung ist Ikeastyle und passt deshalb nicht zur Außenanlage. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Der Vermieter agiert einwandfrei und prompt.

"An ideal house for holid...

"An ideal house for holidays with family/friends and children. The house is bigger than described with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a lovely big garden. Walking distance from a pleasant beach and 5 min from Baja Sardinia. Car recommended especially if you are there with small children. Do double-check with the owner that bedsheets and towels are provided."
