tastefully renovated and equipped with all comforts and tools as an hotel but with the warmth of your home. Ideally located 200 mtrs far from San Paul's Cathedral and subway station. The flat has 2 large double rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa and LCD TV, a bathroom with shower and tub.
It's a good location for family with kids or friends.

What could we say....we LOVED the apartment. I would not hesitate to recommend to my closest friends and family. Absolutely phenomenal hosts who went above and beyond, grocery was literally a 2 minute walk, very room by Rome standards, comfy beds, air conditioning, and maybe what I like the most....all the kitchen tools you could need and then some. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it was a great start to a 2 week trip...our sons' first to Europe and this was a joy to come home to every evening.

Property is great. Location is perfect. Paolo had a ton of recommendations for everything from food to tourist to shopping. Of our families three stops in Italy, this apartment and city were unanimously the best on the trip. That's no small feat considering the other two locations were great as well. Paolo's place definitely stood above. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great place to stay

Paolo’s place was perfect. Very clean and spacious and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped and the courtyard was perfect for relaxing and eating a meal. Paolo gave us some excellent restaurant suggestions. There is also a few grocery stores close by. I would visit again!

Traumtage in Rom

Wir (Familie mit zwei Teenagern) haben den Aufenthalt bei Emanuela und Paolo genossen. Vielen Dank dafür, liebe Gastgeber!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, eine gemütliche Terrasse hat uns in den Morgenstunden mit Kaffee in der Hand einen guten Start in den Tag gegeben, super Lage nahe der Metrostation und Gastronomie, Geschäfte sowie ein Markt sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Man gelingt schnell und unproblematisch zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und lebt doch etwas abseits von touristischer Hecktik. Auch zum Meer oder zur antiken Stadt nach Ostia gelingt man direkt, schnell und problemlos von der Metro-Haltestelle. Wir haben Rom kennen und lieben gelernt. Das verdanken wir auch den Tipps von Paolo und seiner Fürsorge und sehr netten Art als Gastgeber.

Pleasant, well located apartment

Paolo was most welcoming, and offered to pick us up at the airport for free, which he did. He showed us around the apartment and gets 10/10 on hospitality. We felt most welcome.The apartment is very comfortable. We really appreciated the outdoor patio for eating at night. The neighbourhood is not very lively but is safe, calm, and the apartment is well located, not far from the metro, on one of the best metro lines, with a hidden and discreet grocery store literally next door. The only hiccup was that one cannot use the air conditioning and the dishwasher at the same time, because the electrical system cannot take it. Once you know it, you plan accordingly and it becomes a minor annoyance.Overall, I would warmly recommend this location, as this is one of the best apartments we have had over the years.

Great apartment and and great location

We had a wonderful stay here, clean apartment with comfy beds and everything you could poss it want in the kitchen. Bonus supermarket downstairs of the building! Location is very close to the metro and only a few stops into the more touristy areas. Paolo was responsive and helpful and his tips on local places to eat were excellent.

It’s a little gem!

Tidy, compact and elegant apartment a stones throw from the Metro which gets you in the central area in less than 7 minutes. The apartment had everything needed to feel you are living the Roman life for a few days. Paolo is an excellent host always accessible and friendly. Would recommend!

Escape in Rome

The property was wonderful, we especially enjoyed the outside area. While we were busy most of the time we stayed in this property, coming back was always a good thing. Comfortable bed and peaceful surroundings.The grocery store is very close and has everything you need. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Also having the train station close was a huge bonus. We did not touch our car and just railed into Rome and even to Pompeii.Our host was very nice and communicated promptly. We had clean linens and towels when we arrived. The house was very clean and they even left us drinks and some fruit for the children. A great experience.Parking is nearby on the street, we even found a space for our very large minivan with roof box.The neighborhood is deceiving due to graffiti but after walking around with our children for several days even in the late evening from the train station we had no trouble. If you aren’t from a large city that has this graffiti problem you might think it is unsafe but that was not the case. Just something you see in large European cities from our experiences.

Très bel appartement

Bel appartement spacieux et confortable, avec une cuisine très bien équipée. Bon emplacement à quelques minutes du métro qui nous mène au centre de Rome. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil de Paolo qui est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport, et qui nous a ramenés également.

Super convenient to Rome

The apartment is in a quiet Roman neighborhood close to the subway, local restaurants and a grocery. Paola gabe is a personal tour and was responsive to communications. Kitchen well-equipped and the entire place was very clean.

Excellent apartment - highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay here. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. Paolo & Emanuela were excellents hosts, so friendly and helpful, and provided us with a very useful list of restaurant recommendations. The apartment itself is in a great location with bus or metro transport links within a few minutes walk so it was very easy to get into the centre of Rome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à Rome. L’appartement est spacieux, proche des commerces (supérette au pied de l’immeuble), de restaurants (la trattoria della Omo est excellente) et du métro (ligne B) qui permet d’être rapidement dans le centre historique. Le Colisée est à seulement 4 stations de métro. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le transport gratuit de l’aéroport à l’appartement à notre arrivée.

Excellent sejour chez Paolo, appartement situé près du metro, propre et très bien équipé. La terrasse est un véritable plus, surtout avec une météo si clémente ! Paolo et son épouse sont extrêmement gentils, chaleureux et reactifs! Encore merci!!

Rome stay

Wonderful apartment close to transportation and amenities. Very nice people who provided excellent suggestions for the area and sites to see. The area is very safe and groceries and metro are within minutes on foot. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with all you need and top end appliances that were greatly appreciated especially for our morning smoothies and coffees. They could use some updates to their electrical but we managed ok.

Perfect stay for our family

Excellent! Paolo was absolutely amazing with communication, help and advice and went above our expectations as a host. The apartment is beautifully clean, great location, close to metro and there is a fantastic supermarket right next door. We loved staying here and it was safe and quiet. The metro is so quick into central Rome and our kids loved it too. Paolo knows so much about the area and all the best places to eat! Thank you Paolo.
