The apartment is located in the historic center of Monterosso, in a quiet area. It has an exclusive garden shaded by lemon trees, hydrangeas and carpeted with plants typical of Liguria, with table, umbrella, and chairs.The interior has been newly renovated and the home is very spacius and confortable with two separate bed rooms, a kitchen, and two bathrooms /shower.
Due to the location the house il recomended for those who prefer to avoid stairs and ascents. Wi-fi is not available
Upon arrival, the identity documents of all guests will be requested, for the registration of attendance and the payement of tourist tax in the amount of € 2 per day (maximum 3 days) for each member of the family over the age of 12, children under 12 are exempt Upon arrival, an advance payment will be requested for the costs related to heating consumption which will then be quantified and paid at the end of the stay based on the consumptions detected and the prices in progress.

Exceptional hosts Ambretta and Bruno made our stay in Levanto truly memorable and hassle free

The two bedroom apartment in Levanto was wonderfully furnished, spotlessly clean, spacious and well maintained with all the essentials we needed. Ambretta & Bruno met us at the station on the rainy afternoon we arrived and helped us with our luggage, responded to our requests promptly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The location is very convenient and within short walks to a surf beach on the Med, excellent little cafes and shops on our doorstep and only five minutes to the Levanto train station which was one stop (4 minutes) way from Monterosso in Cinque Terra. We would highly recommend staying here as an option and less crowded gateway to Cinque Terre. We stayed here for five nights and if not for other commitments would have loved to stay longer.

Lovely host but cottage needs a lot of attention

The host is a lovely lady who was very attentive before we arrived and really welcoming. The photographs did not represent real life so there was actually no space for 4 people to sit and relax. The place smelled of damp, the bed was very uncomfortable...spring marks on my back and the kitchen outdated and musty.

Es war aus unserer Sicht unzumutbar, in dieser Ferienwohnung seinen Urlaub verbringen zu müssen.

Leider hier keine ausf. Bewertung mögl. Hier daher nur das aller kürzeste. Mehr in anderen Portalen. Vermieter: Supernett, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Lage: Direkt in Monterosso, keine Treppen zur Wohnung. Nur wenige Minuten zu Restaurants und Meer. Das wars auch schon mit Positiven. Wohnung: Klein, Kein Wohnzimmer, nur kleine Küche, 2 Schlafzimmer. Ein Bad vor mehreren Jahren renoviert, das andere eigentlich nur als Toilette nutzbar (Duschvorh. verschimmelt) Alles aus den 70er oder noch älter. Wohnung ist scheinbar feucht. Es riecht überall muffig und man sieht an einigen Stellen auch Schimmel. Ich habe viele Bilder gemacht, verzichte aber hier auf Veröffentlichung. Alles Uralt, Betten katastr. Decken haben alle muffig und feucht gerochen. Einrichtung aus unserer Sicht für den Sperrmüll, aber nicht für 1200 Euro für So bis So im September 23. Nachts regelmäßig Husten, was evtl. Sporen gewesen sein könnten. Niemals zuvor haben wir in so einer Wohnung leben müssen. Wir wären besser gleich wieder gegangen. Garten schattig, aber sonst kann man nichts anfangen. Gartenmöbel billige Plastikstühle, teilweise kaputt aber notdürftig geflickt. Keine Liegestühle, Keinen Grill. Nachts laut von den Anwohnern über uns. Viel Lärm außen rum. Baulärm, Rumgekreische und Bewohner über uns haben regelmäßig ihren Dreck über den Balkon auf unseren Frühstückstisch geschüttet. Danke für diese respektvolle Geste. Cinque Terre teuer, unfreundl. Tourinap vom feinsten. Danke für den tollen Urlaub.

Vacaciones entrañables en Cinque Terre

La estancia en Monterosso en familia ha sido muy acertada. La casa está muy bien ubicada y accesible. Es antigua y mantiene una temperatura muy agradable. El jardín facilita los momentos de las comidas al aire libre. Su peculiaridad la hace entrañable. Acabar de reformar el espacio, la haría extraordinaria. Ambretta y Bruno nos acogieron muy bien y estuvieron accesibles en todo momento. Estamos muy contentos de nuestras vacaciones en la Cinque Terre y en la casa de los limones.
