Wonerful home away from home

We loved our time in this beautiful studio appartment. Perfectly set up to be a comfortable stay in a great neighbourhood. Close to two meto stations (ony minutes walk to both) it was super easy to reach all the must see Paris destinations. It was lovely to return to this picture perfect, quiet neighbourhood and we didn't even leave the area on a couple of days. Benoit was a super helpul host and a complete gentleman. Highly recommend!

An excellent Paris base

The apartment is located in a quiet area of Paris on the 7th floor with a small but reliable lift. It is a good sized studio for two people and larger than we expected.The kitchen is well equipped for eating in and bathroom facilities are good. It is pleasantly decorated and is a comfortable base for exploring the city. Benoit is a very friendly and considerate host who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. If we go back to Paris this would be our first choice.

Great Art Deco apartment in a great location

Benoît is one of the best hosts and his apartment beautifully decorated. Ideal for shorter 1 or 2 week stays. If you plan to stay longer you might find the cooking facilities a bit limited with two hot plates and no oven. The neighbourhood is gorgeous with artisan food and wine shops and plenty of good restaurants. A short walk to Nation so good access to Metro and RER.

The ideal Parisien apartment.

Due to last minute changes to travel dates, we needed to find an apartment in Paris rather quickly so expected to have little choice. However, I am so grateful this studio was available as it was absolutely perfect, in every way. Benoit is the ideal host; his property is spotlessly clean and everything and anything you can imagine is provided. The bed is large and comfortable, the towels fluffy, even the little sofa is very comfortable! Great instructions were provided for finding the studio (we took the 351 bus direct from CDG airport to the main street 4 minutes walk away). Anyone who has ever watched a French film made in Paris will be enchanted by the character of the 1910 building, which is very clean and well-maintained. The street is very quiet but close to everything you could want and need, and the area feels like a friendly village, rather than part of the city. The twice-weekly market (Saturday and Wednesday) is heaven for a chef like myself! Benoit was very helpful with local advice and is always there for any questions. I can't recommend this studio highly enough and we look forward to returning soon!
