About this property

This accommodation is located at the basement of the flat where we live.
Shared spaces are the entrance and the garden.
The basement flat has three windows, one in the kitchen, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom. Since they are equipped with mosquito nets, they can be opened any time.
The house is very close to the railway station, you can reach other towns (Rimini, Ravenna, Bologna and any other destination) by train.
For those, who do not wish to travel and want to forget about the car, there are bicycles available that will take you around Cesenatico, to the Da Vinci canal and the lighthouse.
On foot you can go to the beach and take a walk to Gatteo a Mare for some shopping.

For quiet moments and evenings you can spend some time in the garden and enjoy the barbecue breathing some healthy sea air.

Safety is very important to us, therefore we make sanitizers available, as well as PPI. for our guests and sanitize with regularity our home and the property you would be staying in very thoroughly prior to each guest arrival and after departure.

Phantastisch

Der Aufenthalt war einfach nur toll. Die Wohnung ist sauber ,gemütlich eingericht mit allem was es zum leben braucht . Die Ausstattung für eine Ferienwohnung ist sensationell gut ,das hatten wir in Deutschland schon anders erlebt . Mann musste dort alles migtbringen bzw. kaufen . Hier gab es alles was man braucht (Kaffee , Nudeln ,Salz ,Pfeffer , Öl ..) Alda ,die Gastgeberin denkt an alles . Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und noch mehr . Wir durften sogar die Waschmaschiene mitbenutzen , Wäschestäder im Garten , einfach nur toll . Handtücher und Bettwäsche inbegriffen. Die Wohnung liegt im Keller was aber überhaupt nicht schlimm ist so ist es wunderbar kühl und Licht bekommt man auch genug . Die Umgebung ist toll, der Strand ist in 10 min zu erreichen die kleinen Geschäfte ebenfalls . Supermärkte sind auch schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen . Wir waren also rundum zufrieden .TIP: Die teuren Liegen und Schirme kann man sich sparen wenn man etwa 13 Km weiter Richtung Rimini fährt da gibts einen freien Strand mit Parkplatz für 5€ und dafür einen Gutschein für eine Liege . Angeschlossen ist eine Bar die einem an nichts fehlen lässt . Wir können Alda und ihre liebe Familie nur weiterempfehlen .Sie ist hilfsbereit hat tolle Tips und steht dank ihrer sehr guten deutschkenntnisse immer mit Rat und Tat zur verfügung . Unserem Sonhn hats sehr gut gefallen bein Euch , vor allem die Schildkröten :-) . Vielen Dank nochmal und weiterhin alles Gute für Euch Tanja mit Familie

sonniger und angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Südpaterre und dadurch war es sehr angenehm bei unserem Aufenthalt im Sommer. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Ansonsten kann man in Englisch kommunizieren. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, um sich selbst versorgen zu können und es wurden Gewürze, Nudeln und Kaffee bereitgestellt. Wir genossen den Aufenthalt sehr und können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
