Apartment in quiet area consists of large living room, kitchen room, 2 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms (1 with shower). Large Terrace with fantastic sea view and furnished to dine and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the gulf of Follonica.
The 3 bedrooms have a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
The apartment is located 600 meters from the beach Strut (ideal for swimming with children) and near the nature trail that leads, prodetta spans the area of "bandite di scarlino", to the wonderful beach of Cala violina reached by bicycle from home (about 5 km).
In the surroundings are important seaside resorts of the area which Follonica (3 km) Punta Ala (12 km) Castiglione della Pescaia (15 km).

Maremma Toscana

Very nice typical Toscana area with many possibilities as for visit nice beaches in close proximity as well as nice country side areas like Scarlino or Massa Maritima. Flat gave me the feeling like being at home. Almost all the needed was there, only kitchen scissors were missing. ;)

Wohnung mit Aussicht

Wir wurden von Nicolas sehr freundlich empfangen und mit allen Infos über die Wohnung und Umgebung informiert.Wünsche wurden umgehend erfüllt. Die Aussicht über das Naturschutzgebiet mit dem Meer und Elba am Horizont war so schön, dass wir fast nur auf unserem Balkon gegessen haben. Der Strand ist mit dem Auto in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Nebenan ist eine Kitesurfing-Schule, sodass man bei Wind immer etwas zu schauen hat. Gleich daneben wird der Strand von einigen Hundebesitzern genutzt, die dort auch Gassi gehen. Die Sicht auf den Schiffsanleger ist nicht so schön, dafür das Wasser aber sehr sauber. Sowohl im Norden als auch im Süden von Puntone gibt es schöne Strände wie z.B. Torre Mozza und Le Rochette. Der Ort Follonica ist nicht so sehenswert, wohl aber viele andere in der Umgebung. In Puntone gibt es kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte, eine Bar und ein Restaurant, am Jachthafen entsprechend mehr.

Perfect Location and Perfect Apartment

We had a wonderful spring time adventure in the Tuscany Countryside. Fresh vegetables, seafood, amazing pasta, delicious wine and of course fresh air and ancient villages to explore everyday. We stayed in a very little village (340 people) on the Tyrrhenian Sea in the Bay of Follonica. We enjoyed amazing walks on the beaches and beautiful sunsets. We were 2 hours or less to amazing sights. The train was in the next town of Follonica. Our Host Nicola was extremely helpful with ideas for sightseeing and restaurants. He and his friend Branka were very kind and helpful. Over the top guest experience. We were able to park our rental car right in front of our condo. The condo was very clean and met all our needs. The balcony was our favorite - it was a bit chilly this spring but the full sun in the afternoon allowed us to have our anti pasta and wine in the sun. We were glad to have an elevator to our second story condo. Great WIFI and everything worked. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was amazing. Things that make a vacation just a little easier. The town of Puntone was a fun walkable place. It has a big marina with a great restaurant. Several restaurants in the town to walk to. Also a groceria. We would definitely go back to Nicola's condo. Thank YOU!
