The surrounding gardens, swimming pools and playground have beautiful views of the turquoise sea and mountains, and there are wonderful mountain and coastal walks on the door step in both directions. The indoor pool and gym are great and useful on cooler days . There is lots to explore in the surrounding area, wonderful beaches and coves round Cala Rajada 20 minuts away by car. Highly recommended for a tranquil break, with our without kids."

We spent a week in the apartment.
It is not a villa, as the title suggests, but it is an apartment in a large condominium.
When we arrived, it was not clear where the apartment would be. An "Ana" would wait for us, but a detailed description of where we would meet her was missing. We spent more than half an hour with other people of the Residebnce to find out the appartment. The specified house number was not correct and it was not possible to reach the owner via phone. A short note that it was the apartment "C-01" in the Residence on the left side of the street would have helped. When we arrived, two people were cleaning. We had rushed extra, as we were asked to be there before 11:00 o'clock.

The owner Maria is a very friendly and helpful lady.
The whole apartment complex is clean, quiet, and well maintained.
There is a hiking trail nearby that goes up the mountain to a church and then further on over the mountain into a nature reserve, in case you like hiking.
The beaches close by are limited to a few small coves. If you want larger beaches, then you can drive between 20 to 45 minutes in a few directions to find some. It's a good idea to check the WindFinder app to see which direction the wind will be blowing in order to select a beach with the least wind and waves.
Our favourite restaurant was Es Mollet in nearby Colònia de Sant Pere where the food tasted very good and was not expensive: much better than the restaurant in Betlem that's within walking distance of the apartment.

Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Das Domizil liegt am Ende der Straße nach Betlem im äußerten Norden unmittelbar an der Felsenküste, wo man auch schön spazieren gehen kann. Zum nächsten Sandstrand fährt man rund 30 Minuten. Im Ort gibt es nichts. Es handelt sich um einen Anlage mit gehobener Ausstattung. Es sind Eigenumtswohnungen, die auch zum Teil vermietet werden. Eine wunderschöbe Poolanlage mit großem Pool und Liegen sind vorhanden. Gepflegter Garten. Zugang zur Anlage nur mit Schlüssel und Code. Nachwache sorgt für Sicherheit.
Zur Wohnung: Bei unserem Einzug war nur ein Zimmer hergerichtet, sodass wir am nächsten Tage mit der Vermieterin einen Treffpunkt vereinbart haben zur Übergabe weiterer Bettwäsche. Das Erdgeschossappartment enspricht der Bebilderung. Man hat die Abendsonne bis 21 Uhr auf der Terrasse. Frühstück daher entsprechend im Schatten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung könnte besser sein:
- es waren zu wenig Handtücher für eine Woche da
-Spüllappen war gebraucht.
- WC Papier nur eine Rolle pro Bad.
-Küchenhandtuch war vermutlich nicht ganz frisch
-keine Cafemaschine (aber Padsmaschine)
-keine Mikrowelle (aber Herd)
-es war Abends noch sehr kalt- wir haben mit dem Herd geheizt
-Obstkorb sollte vermutlich eine nette Geste sein, allerding war das Obst arg vergammelt, sodass wir davon ausgehen, dass es noch von der Vormietung stammt.
-Polster auf der Terrasse arg strapaziert und voller Katzenhaare
-Dekoration auf der Terrasse verschmutzt.
-zwei Liegestühle auf der Terrasse funktionstüchtig aber verrostet.
Mit wenig Auffwand ließe sich aus dem Appartment ein Schmuckstück machen.
Wir konnten die o.a. Probleme durch Improvisation lösen.
Sehr freundlich von der Vermieteren war, dass Sie für uns die Bordkarten ausgedruckt hat.
We had a nice time in the residence. The pool and surrounndings were nice, but it was more quiet than we expected, as the pictures of the sea side restaurants in the ad, are not from Betlem. There is only two restaurants in Betlem and a small shop, that is open from 8-12. You have to drive to the neighbourg town Colonia St Pere to find more life (aprox 3-5 km). The flat is nice and you get what you see, but nothing more. Compared to where we stayed the other week I think the price is rather high. There was a really bad smell from the sink in the kitchen and there is no internet in the appartment even though it is advertised!?. You have to go to the pool area to use the wi-fi. You have to be careful not to lock yourself out of the apartment, as the door can not open from outside without the key and you only get one set of keys. More of the electrical plugs in the apartment doesn't work. There is tennis and table tennis in the common area, but you have to bring your own gear. There is an in door pool at the fitness room but not heated in the summer.
Maria was accidentially more than 1 hour late when we arrived to the house to hand over the keys, but she was kind to help us when needed (when we locked ourself out of the appartment).
As the AD tittle says it is a very peaceful place, the idilic place to relax. The restaurant pictures in the adv are from Betlem (Casablanca) of course, and also from Colonia Sant Pere, because betlem is a Residencial from Colonia Sant Pere, the pictures are what the apart is, faithfull, that's clear!
