This peaceful homesite provides a place to relax. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Over 50- 5 -Star Reviews from 2015-2019 . We have made updates to furnishings and, carpets. This Home is privately located in a quiet neighborhood on a Historic tree-lined street (great for taking walks), 2 miles from the Natchez Trace Parkway Bridge. The home sits on a secluded 2.8 acres of land with large mature trees. Enjoy a large in-ground pool, cascading waterfall, and lighting for atmosphere. There is a gas grill, lounge chairs, and tables for outdoor dining. You will also enjoy setting on the front covered porch with views of the lawn. Inside enjoy a large eat-in kitchen with a table for 6 adjoined by a dining room table to seat an additional 6. The kitchen with a gas top and new appliances is fully furnished and a great gathering spot. Enjoy the large flat-screen Smart TV in the Living Room. Additional TV's are in the Master, and Kitchen . There is a half bath on the main level. The master bedroom is on the main level with french doors opening out to the pool. The Master bath has a footed tub, 2 vanities, and a 2 head shower with a private water closet and a large dressing closet. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. There is a jack and jill bath with a shower/tub combo and 2 vanities. Enjoy the many casement windows providing beautiful views of the outdoors. The rooms are large but the feel is cozy. WIFI internet and Comcast basic cable are on site. The Home is 7 miles to the square in Historic Franklin or Leipers Fork, 11 miles to Cool Springs Mall, 9 miles to the Loveless Cafe, 19 miles to Arrington Vineyard, and 25 miles to the Nashville Airport, 20 miles to Downtown Nashville. (HOME HAS A RING DOORBELL AT THE FRONT DOOR AND A SECURITY CAMERA AT THE GARAGE. THE CAMERA COVERS ENTRY INTO THE HOUSE AND POOL GATE ENTRY)

Pilgrimage festival stay

We had a great time at this house. We booked another Vrbo months before and they cancelled last minute, so we were thrilled to find this. The backyard is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a poolside cocktail. We loved the pool waterfall and lights. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed for cooking, Including spices. We forgot to bring coffee, so we were thrilled to find a fully stocked coffee bar! We were about 10 minutes or so from downtown Franklin. Thanks for a nice Vrbo!

Quick wedding trip

What a fun property! We had a great time relaxing by the pool and having dinner with friends around the table in the great kitchen. There is room for everyone and only a quick drive to all the "fun" spots TN has to offer.

This was a wonderful home to raise my 2 sons who now serve proudly in the US Army. We are grandparents of 3 fun boys. I am a realtor in TN and NC and love helping to sell families' homes and assisting home buyers and investors with the perfect property.

This home is set on a small historic road in rural Franklin. I love the privacy combined with the convenience of getting to Franklin, Nashville, Green Hills, and Fairview. It is a great home for you to enjoy outdoor or indoor entertaining, The rooms are large and the feeling is cozy. The home is filled with large windows for beautiful views and nice lighting. I love how this home sets in the valley of Hwy 96 and is near the architecturally award-winning Natchez Trace Bridge.

What makes this property unique

It is unique because of the detail placed in the custom-designed pool with a stone waterfall. I love the large kitchen for fun cooking as a group. The millwork is custom with large moldings and custom built-in cabinetry, wainscoting, and bookshelves. The master is on the lower level so everything you may need is conveniently located on the main level. The outdoor space will be a sanctuary.
