Very Nice Place
Very nice and would stay there again. Seth was responsive and a good host. The house is missing some basic stuff, like towel rack in the bathrooms and lack of adequate blinds in the upstairs bathroom and the lower level bedroom. All in All, great place to stay.
Wonderful location, great home, had all the amenities we needed and Seth was very easy to work with.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, very close to lots of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. The beds were super comfortable! The roof terrace was just lovely, we enjoyed an evening glass of wine and the 360 view. The kitchen was really well appointed.
Excellent, clean and spacious home!
We just spent 3 nights at Seth's townhouse. All four of us were very impressed with how clean and organized everything was. It seemed as we were the first ones to live in this home. Street is very quiet and has easy access to local restaurants and main roads. We highly recommend this property. We felt right at home. Thanks Seth for being a great host!
Perfect location, clean, comfortable & great view from top deck.
A very comfortable place to stay. Seth was very attentive checking that everything was right - which it was. Walk to some great spots to eat, shop or get a drink. Easy to get downtown - we took the #5 to the space needle. Bonus for us was watching the fireworks for July 4th from the rooftop deck. Great view of the barge on Lake Union that put on the display. Also a nice view of Mt Rainier and the Seattle skyline. Highly recommend.
Great accommodations, exactly as presented online
This was our first visit to Seattle, and being a family of 4 (2 adults plus 2 adult kids) we knew we needed a space large enough to be comfortable, and have access to cook our own meals at times. This property was exactly as we thought from description/photos online! The owner, Seth, was available by text, phone, or email and answered every question promprtly before we booked, and was on-hand for a few items needing attention when we arrived. He also checked back during the rental week on some of those items. Neighborhood is ecelctic, and proximity to downtown was fantastic. Rooftop view of Mt. Rainier (on a clear day/night) was a bonus! We would definitely choose this property again for a future visit back to Seattle!
