Great location, 5 star experience
Great Location, fair neighborhood
Overall we enjoyed our month that we stayed at this property. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, location was good and plenty of towels and closet hangers. The property manager was very responsive the few times we had problems. Unfortunately we had some problems. My wife said the washer smelled of mildew and so did the towels. My wife had to Clorox the washer to get rid of the mildew We did not use the hot tub because the instructions were too difficult to follow so we gave up. Both the washer and dryer latches had to be fixed by Rigo the manager because they would not close properly. Overall the positives outweighed the negatives and our stay was enjoyable!
Great home and location
Modern, clean comfortable home in great location.
Walk to River Arts district and craft brewery's - Wedge Brewery and a little further walk to New Belgium Brewery.
Fantastic Stay - Central Location
We were relocating to the Asheville area and needed a home to stay for two months. The house is in excellent shape and is walking distance to the local coffee shop and river arts. The hot tub was clean and in good condition and is a great way to relax after a day at work. They built a small pen where you can put your dogs while you relaxing on the patio or in the hot tub. It is fully furnished with all of the amenities, blender, coffee maker, big screen tv. They have new windows all throughout the house so you can open them and get a nice breeze throughout. Absolutely would stay there again. The owners were very responsive to our questions. The neighbors were very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Open comfortable house.
We loved our stay in Asheville. The house was open and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a one month stay. The location was perfect to downtown and to the Arts District. We walked just about everywhere we went.
I would stay here again in a minute. Our landlord was very responsive to our needs and took care of everything we needed.
If you are looking for a one month stay (or longer) this is the house to stay in.
Comfortable home in very close proximity to River Arts District and Downtown Asheville
We spent two months in this comfortable home in Asheville to enjoy the fall in the hill country of Western North Carolina. The home was well represented by the photos in the VRBO listing, comfortable and well equipped. The owner was responsive to any issues that arose. The house is in a quite neighborhood. The location was ideal for exploring the various aspects of Asheville, which has a vibrant arts district (River Arts is just blocks away with over 200 artists of multiple artistic mediums in residence), the Biltmore estate (2 miles away) and active Downtown area (1 mile) with a diverse array of restaurants of many different ethnic foods and stores. Asheville seems to be a revitalizing city with numerous attractions. As a photographer, the access to highways leading to the Great Smokies, Blue Ridge Highway and other nearby features was relatively easy. Fall colors in this part of the Pisgah National Forest and Smokies, as well as the numerous waterfalls nearby, were beautiful. We enjoyed our stay.
