We loved the house and hope to return next year!
The place had multiple things that needed fixing. The bathroom door doesn't close and lock downstairs, about half the outlets don't work, the internet was down for 3 Days, dresser drawers are broke, very few utensils you can't have over 4 people eating no gas for the grill and the Ice Cube maker doesn't dispense ice. Also none of the headboards are attached to the beds and all the bed squeak and mattresses are not very good. The pool area was nice.

Providing essentials for our guests include having a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom towels and tissue, just to name a few. Our apologies if anything was insufficient, as our goal is to make vacationing seamless for our guests.

Daughters 30th birthday
Loved every minute staying in this beautiful home. Kitchen needs a woman's touch, more towels, some of the beds family complained about. Staff very helpful, mainly Carmen , maintenance took care of all of our problems, even brought propane for grill, thank you for everything.
Still waiting on refund
Rented for elderly parents. Elevator was broke 3 times. Parents (Wheelchair) couldn't use bedrooms on top floor. Stayed inland. Huge additional costs. Talked to customer service, they said there would be a refund of 50% of the stay. That was March.
