CHARMING SUITE at the foot of the Castle 200 m from the lake

Located in a very quiet pedestrian street, in the heart of the old town, the apartment has a balcony overlooking a garden of condominium, facing the mountains. A room on the ground floor will allow you to deposit bicycles or skis. The market of the old town, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, where you will find specialties and market gardeners of the region will enchant you. You will be able to take advantage of the proximity of the city center as well as that of the lake and the surrounding mountains where pleasant walks await you. Free parking nearby (10 minutes on foot, towards the lake).

Great location
This is a nice apartment in a great location on a quiet street near the lake. There is no air conditioning, but the weather was cool while we were there. The owner was great to work with, and quickly answered all of my questions.

Calme et verdure en plein coeur de la vielle ville d'Annecy
Appartement très bien équipé et idéalement placé pour visiter Annecy à pied le temps d'un weekend : proche des commerces, du lac et du château. Possédant une petite terrasse donnant sur le jardin intérieur et les montagnes. Parfait pour se ressourcer, nous recommandons fortement !

J'y reviendrai avec plaisir
Une location très sympathique et dépaysante. Idéalement placée car en plein dans le Vieil Annecy, près du lac, des commerces, du marché... La propriétaire est vraiment disponible et arrangeante (notre train partait bien au-delà de l'heure du check-out, horaire qu'elle a bien voulu élargir pour nous permettre de profiter encore un peu de la location). Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Un séjour tout ce qu'il y a agréable, nous avons adoré Annecy. Encore merci.

Très agréable séjour
Logement très bien situé, en plein centre, tout en étant très calme. Appartement petit mais fonctionnel et plein de charme. A revenir à la belle saison pour profiter de la petite terrasse et du jardin très agréables. Bon accueil de Géraldine qui s'occupe d'accueillir les vacanciers pour le compte de Laurence. A savoir : impossible de venir en voiture jusque devant l'appartement car zone piétonne mais petit parking gratuit à 10 mn à pied.
