This newer single-level home has a cozy feel and new decor, making it a relaxing, and enjoyable, home away from home. Relax on the quiet deck area while watching the deer, curl up or watch a DVD in the comfy living room. The adjacent dining room has room for 6 and the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up a culinary masterpiece.

The first bedroom is a King Ensuite with TV and attached private bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom two is a queen bedroom with TV and attached private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and tv and access to a full guest bathroom.

When it's time to play, start a game of ping pong or go on a bike ride with one of the 7 adult bikes waiting in the garage.

This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.

Family reunion? Book this home along with Ollalie 14 and Ollalie 17 to have the whole gang close by.

Great place for family get together

We had a great time. Very clean and comfortable house. Well equipped kitchen. Nice location in north end of Sunriver. Property manger did a great job of communicating and responding to me. Would rent again.
