I wanted to give it a 4 - Great location - Just needs updates
I wanted to give this a 4. Communication with the management was 5 star. We had some issues with beeping smoke alarms that needed batteries but the management responded QUICKLY! All that was great! The location is also Great! You need to be prepared for the driveway during the winter. Without 4x4 it might not happen for you. It didn't snow while we were there but I couldn't imagine getting up the driveway if it did. The beds (mattress and bedding) need updating and the mouse traps in the corners were just not setting well with our family. I am sure mice are hard to keep out during winter and it being in the woods, but just "feels" unclean. One of the window blinds were also off the wall and just laying in the floor. This could be a 5 star condo and renting for more money if it just had some updates. The bathrooms were clean but the carpet in the bathrooms need to go. Not sure why we are still allowing carpet in bathrooms near toilets? Again, I would give this a 4 star based on location and management communication but it really is only a 3 star because of the MUCH needed updates and mouse traps.

Physical place good, detail info not-s-good
The physical place was fine. Nothing fancy, but provided us what we needed once we got in. The codes sent to us in the email were the wrong codes. Not sure who's fault that was.--owner, manager or broker. We could not get into the lock boxes to get the keys. It took about 90+ minutes for us to hear back from someone with the correct codes to get in. After the 4-day stay, we arrived home. A few days later, my son realized he forgot his ski pants at the condo. It stated at the condo there was a twenty five dollar fee plus shipping and handling if you forget something. I was willing to pay the fee and shipping and handling when it was confirmed they had the item. When I called, they wanted the money up front just to LOOK for the missing item. WTH!!! I would suspect that the cleaning crew would/should have them in their possession already, but they wanted to charge me this fee just to ask! I am so disappointed. I thought I made the reservation through VRBO, but emails came from Vacasa. This whole experience really left a bad flavor in my mouth. It is bad enough that an advertised nightly rate doubles after adding on cleaning fee's, renter fee's and taxes, but to add insult to injury by charging me to “look for” something they SHOULD already have on the possession is just the icing that tops this experience!

The property was great, the execution for entry was poor. A final address should be provided whether you have the app or not and all the codes should be provided for entry. we received a 10 digit code for entry into the second door, we did not get the code to gain access to the key for the first entry door. Guests dont know these kind of details until they get there so make the detailed instructions fool proof.

Great condo in Brian Head
Its a great little condo with lots of beds. The beds are not the most comfortable and there were no pot holders, that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. I had to use one of the thin kitchen towels to take a pan out of the oven and burned my thumb (even with the towel folded a couple times). We had lots of bathroom towels and it worked great for our weekend ski trip. Keep in mind that the instructions you get emailed to you will not include the lock box code. Be prepared to ask for that or you won't be able to get inside.

Our Christmas Vacation
This was our first time staying, the house was perfect for our vacation. The view, location and amenities were outstanding. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed dishes and more. Only drawback was the beds were a bit hard which my family was ok with but I had a hard time with. There was only one issue that could have been prevented. We arrived late and we’re assured it would t be a problem as the keys are on site. The issue we faced, I was not given the code for the master lock to obtain the kits. As well as there were several lock boxes on property. We called and after several attempts to explain our need we finally got the initial code needed. Overall I rate it high as it exceeded my expectations and I would gladly stay again.
