This house is located on a hill rising above the Arno valley, south of Florence and surrounded by olive tree groves and small vineyards. Thanks to its position you can easily reach all the characteristic villages in the area, such as Vinci (hometown of the great Leonardo da Vinci ) as well as the bigger cities and towns, such as Florence and San Gimignano, all of which are not far away. The property is completely fenced-in and includes a beautiful swimming pool (10x5, 1.2-1.8 m deep) (15/05-17/10), barbecue and a large pergola for outdoor dining, all of which are surrounded by hedges and flowers. Very pleasant equipped kitchen/dining room (oven, microwave, dishwasher). 1st FL.: (accessed from a beautiful open stairway): 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower and view of the hills, 1 bedroom with small double bed (140 cm) and 1 bathroom with shower. Attic: 1 double bedroom in the attic with panoramic view and bathroom with shower. In the basement: a large study/bedroom with double sofa bed.

LOCATION: 5 km Vinci, 10 km Empoli (all kinds of shops), km 38 Florence, 46 km San Gimignano, 53 km Lucca, 85 km Siena, 82 km the beaches of the Versilia.
