Room Description. Luxurious 2-bedroom plantation residence features master suite with king-size bed, deluxe bath, walk-in shower and spa tub. Guest suite with two double beds and full bath. Full kitchen, dining area, screened-in lanai, comfortable seating area, TV and Internet.

Water Fun. With so many unique pools and water features on the property, the whole family can dive right in. Alligator Alley pool, Veranda Pool, Paradise pools, our 1,000 lazy river, lap pool and our family pool with 140-ft. water slide will wash your cares away. Access to private beach.

Resort Amenities. Shares many facilities—from world-class golf and spa services to authentic regional dining—with the exclusive Hyatt Coconut Point Resort & Spa. Numerous pools and water features, fitness center, fire pit and Big Hickory Island Beach complete this pristine paradise.

Beautiful area and spacious condo

My husband and I were amazed at the beautiful condo we enjoyed during our stay at this property. The area was so quiet and secluded. My husband truly enjoyed the linai that extended from the family room down to the spacious master bedroom. We slept with the doors open to the linai each night. The washer and dryer were in the co do so I was able to keep up with the laundry. I would recommend this listing to others in a heart beat. It was incredible in every way. If it is available bnext year we plan on renting it again.

Maryland family of 5 has had years of fun at this property. We have loved spending our spring breaks at the Hyatt Coconut Plantation -- unfortunately this year our children's spring breaks don't line up.
