Come and enjoy our charming 1920’s era, just renovated, 2-bedroom 1-bathroom house with off street parking.

This rental shares a pool with two others on the same property. It can be range from private to slightly shared based on the other two rentals. The back door to this rental opens into the pool area so small children and pets be cautioned.

Artwork adorns the walls for a warm and homelike feel and the ample living area and dining area provide an open and inviting atmosphere. Original hardwood floors add to the charm and warm feeling of the house.

Amenities: Stearns & Foster pillow-top king beds, three panel tv’s (living room and each bedroom--HBO, SHOWTIME, CINEMAX, STARZ, ENCORE), full kitchen with full size side-by-side fridge with ice maker, coffee pot, microwave, dining area and a beautifully restored claw foot tub with shower in the bath.

Central location in a lovely historical neighborhood

We loved the property location and the pool area is beautiful. However, there are a few small tweaks that could be done such as fixing the bathroom doors so they stay closed. The most troubling safety concern we had was the strong smell of natural gas and I was not sure that there were C02 detectors. The smell was the strongest in the laundry room so we opted not to use the washer and dryers. Otherwise, it was a lovely property.

Great location and host

Brian is a great host - responds quickly to emails and texts; Property is located in a fabulous neighborhood, about 1/2 mile from a city park that has a playground and large fields. The backyard space is perfect for unwinding after a day of walking downtown, and it's a fairly easy commute to all of the touristy things in San Antonio. It did have a couple of quirky things - the tub/shower is an experience (it did work tho), and the stove is older than my mother (we didn't try it). All in all, don't let those things stop you from booking. I'd stay here again :)

Peaceful property

I was looking for a quiet place that was away from the hustle of the city, but close to it. The home was too cute....the outside space and pool was inviting and peaceful.

Beautiful House!

Loved the historic house and the pool was so nice! Great location near the river walk and Zoo. House was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, comfortable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. We were sad to leave. The property was great and the pool was amazing. It is in a great central location to all of our plans. It could not have been better! Next time we are in San Antonio, we will be staying here!
