About this property

Among the citrus groves and a few steps from the sea, we offer two apartments in a newly built semi-detached house in typical Mediterranean style. Here you can spend your holidays between the sea and the countryside in total tranquility, taking advantage, if you prefer, of the common areas from which you can watch spectacular sunsets.
The house also has an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, washing machine and wi-fi.
The beach is very quiet and made of sand; a few meters away there is also a cliff that forms a golf course where the sea is very calm and ideal for children.
Restaurants and supermarkets are about 1.5 km away; the center of Cefalù about 5 Km.

Beautiful

Very nice rental property, in an excellent location. Immaculate, great communication with the owner and local agent, a comfortable stay for two people. The patio was lovely. We would highly recommend this property and would stay here again.

Well designed, great location

Just made for that summer feeling, lots of outdoor space, really good swimming beach at edge of property. It’s a duplex, but so well designed. We never heard or saw anyone next door, but they were there. Good shutters and windows with screens. Well equipped kitchen and good grocery store 3 min drive west. It’s in an olive and citrus grove, within a classy suburb of Cefalu. Quick and easy ! drive into busy Cefalu. If you are looking for beach and quiet time, it’s perfect. Only wished we’d known that it had a private gate and code for check in Google maps took us right there, but we thought it was mistaken because it was all private, no entry. So we drove around a bit anxious until put straight by the greeter. But we did arrive earlier then planned. Good value and very quiet place.

Amazing location

The location of this property is amazing and having walking distance access to a beach was fantastic. Our suggestions to the owner would be provide more than one bath towel per guest and provide a cooler that can be taken to the beach. Thanks so much to Federica - she was so helpful!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Haus liegt direkt an einem schönen, fast menschenleeren Strand, der durch eine Allee zu erreichen ist. Auch das Haus und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt.
