The residence "Torre di Maremma", equipped with all facilities for sports, relaxing walks and private beach, we rent villa on two levels with large garden. The villa offers hospitality to 5/6 people, is on two floors On the ground floor is the open plan kitchen lounge, equipped with TV and sofa bed, a square and a half, WC with shower and a large patio, the upper floor 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin with separate WC.

Ideal for families who want to spend a holiday in a wonderful location, between the sea, art and good food of Tuscany and Alto Lazio.
The house is located in a residence with an immense park, located in the heart of the Maremma Etruscan, entirely pedestrian area, authentic oasis of quiet, with swimming pool and private beach accessible by car with parking available, by bike, or in periods high season in the shuttle.
All services, from swimming pools to the beach, from animation to evening entertainment shows and much more are included in the rental !!

De woning was goed verzorgd en van alle gemakken voorzien, een lekkere veranda en prachtige tuin

Alles was aanwezig, van wasmachine tot vaatwasser, handdoeken en beddengoed tot complete keukenuitrusting. Het huisje staat op een prachtig aangelegd parkachtig vakantiepark. De gereserveerde bedjes en parasol bij het zwembad en privestrand zijn ook ideaal. Het dorpje montalto di castro stelt niet zo veel voor maar er is meer dan genoeg te zien en doen in de buurt met als hoogtepunt natuurlijk rome op een uurtje rijden. Parkeer dan bij p+r laurentina voor €1.50 per dag en voor €7.00 per dag reis je met de metro verder. Het enige minpuntje was voor ons dat de airco stuk is, wat al langer bekend is bij de eigenaar, maar hij word niet gerepareerd. De eigenaar is erg aardig en behulpzaam en had een lekkere fles bubbels klaarstaan bij aankomst. We hebben een supertijd gehad in torre di maremma en raden het dan ook ten zeerste aan

rilassante e confortevole

la casa è molto carina, ben tenuta e completa di tutte le comodità, compresa la doccia esterna con acqua calda, provvidenziale. Abbiamo una bambina piccola che è potuta stare in mezzo alla natura e a contatto di tanti altri bambini. davvero un'esperienza da ripetere per noi. e la consigliamo a tutti coloro che vogliono riposarsi con allegria. L'unica nota dolente: il mare non è vicino e va raggiunto in auto o con una navetta che però è molto frequente. Comunque abbiamo trovato la spiaggia abbastanza pulita e il mare sempre limpido
