This 190m2 villa is of contemporary style, it has 6 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms for 8-12 people. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms with toilets, 1 guest toilet and an open space living room/dining room, the equipped kitchen is attached to a furnished terrace. On the upper floor there are 2 bathrooms with toilets. All rooms have plasma scree TVs and WiFi.
Located at 1.5 km from the town centre and at 900m from the sea, you can shop in full tranquility, enjoy the sea, the pinewoods and the activities. The villa is located in the property of Villas Mandarine, in the middle of nature.


Our villas: All our villas offer high standard amenities and a landscaped garden of 1000 m² with parking and pruvate pool.
They were all built under the same concept and invite you to enjoy the outdoors.
In the living space you have the “open kitchen” which is adjacent to the furnished terrace and the pool, was designed to accommodate family and friends in privacy and maximum comfort. Each room has its own bathroom/shower with a dressing room and TV.
Equipped with the latest in technology: fully equipped kitchen, laundry, air conditioning, and telephone, plasma LCD/TV with Freeview service with 22 channels (including 6 foreign channels), Wi-Fi in every room, barbecue, sun loungers and garden furniture.
For the children under 3 we provide high chairs, beds and umbrellas as well as accessories for their first holidays such as plates, spoons and mixer.

Disposition of the bedrooms: 1 double 160cm bed, 4 single beds (with possibility of making two double beds of 180cm).
For an additional cost: 1 sofa bed (280€/week) or a maximum of two extra beds per villa (placed in the bedroom - 140€/bed/week).
Each of the bedrooms has comfortable bedding, individual TV, air conditioning, dressing room, private bathroom (shower and/or bath) and home products.
For the bedding we have single and double beds that can be adjusted depending on the customer’s requests as well as foldaway beds and baby cots.
Some of our villas are designed to accommodate one or more persons with reduced mobility, do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
