Puglia - Salento - Brand new Villa with garden 50 meters from the sandy beach

A few meters from the sandy beach. Villa with garden. Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with double sofa bed. Up to 6 beds, furnished with care. In the villa the furniture is brand new because it has been built recently: full of air conditioner, washing machine, TV LCD 32 inches and mosquito nets. Kitchen complete with 4 ring hob, fridge, oven, bathroom with shower. The villa has large outdoor areas to fully enjoy the sunny days, has a very private garden with parking space inside and a covered veranda with lighting, garden furniture, additional outdoor shower and sink. The house is completely fenced and therefore particularly suitable for families with children and groups of friends on the sign of relaxation.

Ci vuole poco
Tutto perfetto ma vorrei suggerire che piccole cose possano fare la differenza. Io ho comperato e lasciato li una moka x 3, una bistecchiera, una padella grande anti aderente e una lenzuola per coprire il divano in pelle. Piu cuscini per il letto sarebbe ideale. Grazie

Zeer mooi gebouw in toffe zijstraat
Het was een mooi gemeubeld gebouw. Alles op zijn Italiaans...spijtig dat we 77,-€ moesten opdoeken voor de kuis van zo een klein gebouw...? We hadden ook geen TV...werkte een heel week niet...maar dit deerde ons niet. Toffe omgeving, op de muggen na.

VILLE STUPENDE - PIACEVOLE VACANZA
Possibilità di scelta tra più ville. Bellissima location nel Salento tra Otranto e Lecce a pochissimi passi dal mare. La Villa è confortevole e pulito. Il giardino privato è davvero bello e piacevole. Veranda confortevolissima. Accoglienza molto cordiale e ospitale. Abbiamo incontrato persone gentilissime e sempre a disposizione. Dotata di cucina e tutto il necessario. Siamo stati contenti della nostra scelta

A wonderful place for a 5 star family holiday.
We went in mid September. The weather was great. Lots of sun, not too hot. The house was like new. Plenty of airy space inside and out. Very quiet area. Secure with lots of shady space for parking Large verandah for outside dining. Nearest beach and shops easy walking in 5 minutes. The area really was lovely to explore but we really loved the beach at torre specchia dell'orso. Otranto and Lecce are a must for visits and we stuck to the coast road down to Santa Maria di Leuca which was full of lovely sights. The next door neighbours were lovely too. Lastly, Ricardo was a great agent and could not have been more helpful with recommendations on where to go, where to shop and where to eat. Strongly recommended. Easily five stars. ps Try Dal Penga in Castri di Lecce (upstairs or in the square opposite) for award winning pizza, Laltro Baffo in Otranto (upstairs) and Il Bastone in Gallipoli (upstairs) for a special occasion, and Locanda Arcu te Pratu in Lecce (the waiter sings on Saturday nights - don't miss it!) - all outdoor dining in the evenings of course. Gelateria Natale in Lecce and Gelateria Pasticceria Martinucci in Otranto. Lecce is lively and very busy on a Saturday night. Late afternoon is the best time to explore. The best car rental at Brindisi airport is Maggiore / Smile Car Rental. Best price too compared to the other firms. We booked through Auto Europe. While everyone at the other firms desk waited for their cars, our desk was free from queues and we were off before most of the other tourists.
