Ruhiges Paradies in den Bergen

Wer ein charmantes Haus mit viel Platz, in ruhiger Lage sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Auto zwingend erforderlich und keine Angst vor schmalen Straßen. Das Haus, vor allem die Küche, ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten rund ums Haus, erlauben immer den passenden Platz zu finden. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön. Auch mit Hund perfekt geeignet. Spaziergänge und Wanderungen ab Haus möglich. Teilweise über die Ministräßlein, was aber aufgrund des geringen Verkehrs kein Problem ist. Für uns eines der schönsten Ferienhäuser, in dem wir unsere Zeit verbringen durften.

Natur pur in wunderbarem Ambiente

Abgelegen in herrlicher Landschaft, bietet das wunderbar eingerichtete Haus alle Möglichkeiten für einen ruhigen und entspannenden Aufenthalt. Ausflugsziele in der Ardèche sind mit PKW zu erreichen, aber man kann die Tage auch nur in "Les Pontets" verbringen.

Rustig verblijf met zicht op een prachtig landschap

De villa ligt heel rustig aan de top van de berg, midden in de natuur. De woning heeft alles wat je nodig hebt om uit te rusten: ligbedden aan het zwembad, verschillende terrasjes, sfeervolle badkamers en slaapkamers. Doordat de smalle kronkelweg van 10 km ons naar de dichtsbijzijnde stad leidde, zijn we meestal aan het huis gebleven. Maar we hebben ons er niet verveeld. We hebben onze batterijen goed kunnen opladen en uitgerust terug naar huis kunnen keren. Ook onze honden hebben genoten van de omgeving. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Toller Urlaub

Wir bedanken uns, dass wir (6 Personen) und unsere Hunde einen tollen, naturnahen Urlaub in dieser herrlichen Umgebung und in diesem schönen Haus genießen durften. Bei den vorherrschenden hohen Temperaturen war der Pool genial. Es gibt viele einsame und schöne Wanderwege zu entdecken.

Super comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien.

Heerlijk rustige plek in een schitterende natuuromgeving. Groot huis wat ideaal is voor bijvoorbeeld 2 gezinnen met voor ieder voldoende privacy. Voor kinderen alle voorzieningen aanwezig (ook veiligheidsvoorzieningen). Lekkere ruime keuken, ideaal voor de hobbykok. Bij slecht weer, lekker binnen zitten voor de kachel of openhaard. Bij mooi weer, lekker liggen bij het zwembad of lekker tafelen op 1 van de terrassen.

Een luxe comfortabel huis met smaak ingericht

Het huis voldoet geheel aan de verwachtingen die de beschrijving op de site van HomeAway wekken. Een huis waar wij ons vanaf dag 1 thuis voelden. Het huis is gedeeltelijk gerenoveerd maar met behoud van het originele karakter. Privacy en comfort zijn sleutelwoorden. De verhuurders/eigenaren zijn altijd bereikbaar voor vragen en/of opmerkingen.

Uitmuntende locatie met veel comfort

Deze woning is veel meer villa. Een prachtig en geslaagde combinatie van modern comfort met de rustieke omgeving. Het omvat alle denkbare gemakken. Het was een genot om hier te kunnen ontspannen en de omgeving te verkennen. Dit fantastische huis staat in het 'minder' drukke deel van de Ardèche en toch dichtbij bekende trekpleisters in de steek, zoals bijvoorbeeld Pont d'Arc. Prima uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen, fietstochten (MTB en racefiets) of een afwisselende autorit langs de vele oude en schilderachtige dorpjes. Gewoon lekker uitrusten met een boek rond het zwembad kan natuurlijk ook. De meerdere terrassen bieden voor een ieder de juiste lokatie. Schaduw of zon, er is altijd een juiste plek te vinden. Contact met de eigenaren was bijzonder plezierig, snel en servicegericht. We gaan deze woning zeker vaker bezoeken.

Quelle belle semaine de vacances !

Nous avons passé avec mon mari un séjour exceptionnel. Le site est vraiment très beau. La maison est chaleureuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et bon soins. Pour les équipements de la maisons il ne manque rien. Le cadre est verdoyant et fleuri. Tout y est très calme et reposant.? L'espace piscine est vraiment très agréable. Bravo a vous pour la rénovation de cette maison. Vous avez su moderniser l'ensemble tout en gardant l'authenticité du site. De très jolis petits villages sont à visiter aux environs. Aubenas, Antraigues-sur-Volane ne sont pas très loin et à visiter. A 10km Privas ou l'on peu trouver tous les commerces : Super U , hyper inter marché, primeur... Poste, pharmacie, tabac etc ... Les routes sont sinueuses mais quel charme. En bref des vacances de rêves. Merci pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité

Ultime rust, stilte en privacy

De titel van de advertentie kan het eigenlijk niet beter samenvatten. Ultime rust en stilte met heel veel privacy in een schitterende omgeving en een sfeervol, goed uitgerust landhuis. Het nieuwe gedeelte van dit huis is werkelijk schitterend en sfeervol ingericht en in het oude gedeelte zijn sfeervolle zitplaatsen gecreëerd. De fraaie tuin, terrassen en het grote zwembad met ligstoelen, maken dat je je heerlijk kunt ontspannen en tot rust kan komen. De eigenaren waren uiterst vriendelijk en het boeken van dit huis ging werkelijk fantastisch.. Enig nadeel in dit huis is de positionering van de slaapkamers, wat, in onze optiek, het huis minder geschikt maakt voor meerder gezinnen. Het huis ligt nogal afgelegen, en voor je boodschappen moet je naar Privas. (10 KM) via een smal weggetje. Wij vonden dit geen enkel bezwaar. Vanuit Pourcheres kunnen vele leuke, goed gemarkeerde wandelingen worden gemaakt met een mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Wij kunnen dit huis zeker aanbevelen aan mensen die op zoek zijn naar rust, stilte en privacy.

Aangenaam verblijf

De villa voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen, rust heb je hier zeker en vast! De villa is mooi gerenoveerd leuk dat je kan genieten van 2 stijlen, een zeer moderne stijl en de oude stijl die zijn samengesmolten tot 1 geheel. Er zijn goede bedden aanwezig! De woning was proper op enkele details na, maar die vindt je altijd . De eigenaar is zeer servicegericht , bij eventuele problemen staan ze steeds paraat om je te kunnen helpen . Het enige "nadeel" aan de villa is dat je een 10km lange smalle baan moet volgen om tot de bewoonde wereld te komen :) maar dit is iets dat wat op voorhand wisten , als je wil genieten van rust en luxe , en smalle wegen schrikken je niet af, is dit the place to be
