Abgesehen von dem in diesem Jahr sehr nassen Mai dieses Jahr, ein sehr entspannender Aufenthalt ! C8nzia hat sich alle erdenkliche Mühen gegeben ,das es annichts fehlte! Komme auf jeden Fall wieder!! Schön war es !

Parfait !!

Très bien dans l'ensemble mais quelques points à revoir dans l'annonce : il ne s'agit pas d'une maison de 95m2 comme indiqué la maison est mitoyenne et divisée en 3 logement mitoyens... (attention aux voisins bruyants) avec un seul chauffe eau pour les 3, ce qui fait que la douche passe de l'eau chaude à l'eau glaciale de façon imprévue et c'est assez désagréable. Pas de micro ondes donc utilisation de la gazinière et casseroles obligatoire. Matelas de la chambre parentale très vieux et très dur. Pas de clim donc très chaud la nuit. 80 € pour le ménage vous seront demandés à l'arrivée (non prévu dans l'annonce ni dans le prix final). A rajouter à la facture qui du coup devient moins intéressante que d'autres locations moins chères et mieux équipées dans San Teodoro. Par contre la situation géographique est parfaite pour se rendre dans le centre le soir sans prendre la voiture. La maison est grande avec un bel espace extérieur comme intérieur et on y a passé un bon séjour malgré ces petits points a revoir. Merci à Cinzia la propriétaire qui est très gentille et très réactive lors des soucis avec les voisins.

Ottima vacanza

La casa è situata in una strada a fondo chiuso con parcheggio privato di fronte. Zona molto tranquilla a due passi dal centro. L'appartamento è disposto su due piani con doppi servizi e doppia camera da letto; doppio balcone al piano superiore, uno dei quali molto ampio. Presente anche veranda con barbecue. La casa presenta ogni tipo di comfort e pare di recente ristrutturazione. Spazi molto ampi e confortevoli. La proprietaria è molto disponibile e cordiale. Assolutamente soddisfatti! Da rifare sicuramente! Grazie sig.ra Cinzia :)
