At less than 30' driving from Pisa Int.l Airport, thi is not a place for sleeping only but an authentic Tuscany country house! The mansion from 1700 is at the top of the hill, with a pleasant 360’ view on the countryside and a spectacular stars view in the night. The wide patio allows a fresh stay also in the summer season and BBQ. Below the arched voults, double sitting room with fire place, dinner room up to 10 people, large and newly equipped kichen, bathroom with shower and laundry. Under the patio, table and chairs for fabolous lunch and dinners. Possible cooking lessons and local chef cooking at home or catering. Wine tasting experience close to.
At second floor 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Up to 2 baby cots available. Strategic location for daily trip to Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena and San Gimignano in the calm of a still authentic Tuscan countryside. At few kilometers from the historical villages of Lari, Volterra and and from the thermal center of Casciana Terme (10min drive).
In 40 minuts by car is possible to arrive to the beach of Tirrenia (and its golf course), Castiglioncello and Calafuria.

A True Italian Experience

This is the most beautiful property inside and outside. Loved staying here especially after a day in the city. The kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of seating at the table and outside with a beautiful view. The house is incredible. Could stay there forever.

Perfect holiday

Stayed here with my wife and two children and we really enjoyed it. Great house with lots of space in and outside the house and good location for daytrips to the beach, Lucca, Volterra, Pisa, San Gimignano etc.

Because it's confortable and authentic, located in area of Tuscany which offers several options to spend holidays: resting in the calm of the patio, or visiting the historic cities and villages around, spending some lazy hours in the thermal water, or testing wines in the caves of the wineyards, or going to the beach on the sea coast of Tuscany. Whow!
