My home is a cozy and quiet apartment, completely renovated, with plenty of space and a five minute walk to the beach from the equipped beaches, restaurants and train station.
Ideal for a family that wants to be comfortable even on vacation and have all the comforts of home.
I offer you an apartment in the best conditions of maintenance and cleaning because you have a pleasant holiday and come back several times.
There are two large double bedrooms, each with a double and single bed, with new mattresses and new furnishings: if you like to sleep well this apartment is for you.
You will also find two bathrooms with crystal shower and towel warmer.
A 42 "new LCD TV with DVD and open kitchen on the living room.
Unlimited and fast Internet WIFI is free and inclusive.
The environment is quiet and quiet, not disturbed by the railroad, the windows are new.
The balcony, facing east, features two comfortable deckchairs and allows you to spend some time outdoors.
The apartment is warm in winter and cool in summer.
Children are welcome (if they are available on request 0-3 year old baby changing table, 4-6 years old bed, baby bath and high chair included). The playground is at 100 m.
It is located in the center, everything is near so you can park in the garage and walk on foot and by train, bus or boat. The car is not necessary.

Very comfortable

The flat is spacious and comfortable, very welcoming. It is also very well equipped and clean. Chiavari is a great town to stay in as well. We greatly enjoyed our time in this flat. The reason I selected 4/5 instead of 5/5 for the surroundings is that the question asked how well the description in the advertisement conforms to the reality, and the description includes "Sea front accommodation" and "Close to airport", which are not accurate statements, in my view.

A relaxing holiday in Chiavari

The apartment was roomly and had a well functioning layout. We were two couples and it was comfortable with the two bathrooms. The kitchen is big with a large table so we coocked a lot by ourselves. The kitchen was well equiped. The apartment was clean and everything in good condition. There was enought warm water for showering. The apartment was quiet, no traffic or restaurant noise, so we slept wery well on the good quality matersses. Our hostess was very kind and always available for our questions. She gave us a lot of infirmation about happenings, travelling, restaurants and foodmarkets. We strongly recommend this apartment!

Wir hatten eine herrliche Woche in Chiavara. Die Wohnung war toll - sehr gut ausgestattet, groß und gemütlich. Man ist mitten im Zentrum, kann alles gut erreichen und schöne Ausflüge machen, ganz ohne Auto. Der Bahnhof ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt.

Excellente location très bien situé

Très agréable location idéalement situé dans le centre de Chiavari à deux de la gare de la plage et du centre historique. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement et de plus accueil très agréable. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Spazioso e tranquillo

Situato a pochi minuti dal centro e dal lungomare, comodissimo. L’appartamento è molto luminoso e spazioso. Come in molte zone della Liguria il parcheggio dell’ auto è difficoltoso sotto casa ma per fortuna c'è la possibilità del box offerto con l’appartamento oppure quello comunale gratuito presso il porto.
