Independent apartment of 61 m2 on the floor of a house, 2 bedrooms (14 and 9 m2), living room of 20 m2 with a sofa bed comfort, 1 open kitchen of 8 m2, large bathroom.
Garden area with table, chairs, deckchairs. Parking space inside the property.
Located in a residential area (private homes and villas), housing is close to the city center, beaches, (15-20 minutes walk).
Sleeps up to 6 people, tastefully decorated.
Fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, m-o oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer.
A grocery store (sugar, salt, oil-vinegar etc.) is available to tenants as well as cleaning products, laundry, toilet paper etc. It is requested to replace missing products.
The linen is provided: sheets, towels ....
Cyclists are welcome and will benefit from an enclosed space to store their bicycles.

Très bon séjour dans cette location qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif. A proximité de tout. Propriétaires du logement sympathiques, disponibles et arrangeants. Très bon accueil. Je recommande.

5* Unterkunft

Wir haben sehr schöne Zeit im Haus von Carole verbracht. Carole und ihr Mann haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, obwohl wir mitten in der Nacht angereist sind. Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich zentral gelegen, super ausgestattet und super (5* auch dafür) sauber. Wir haben unsren Urlaub sehr genossen. Nochmal vielen Dank dafür.

Familien-Badeurlaub in Saint-Raphael

Die FeWo ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr günstig gelegen, man erreicht das Zentrum und den Strand gut zu Fuß. So kann man viel Zeit sparen, wenn man das Auto stehen lässt. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, exakt wie beschrieben - wir haben nichts vermisst. Und wenn doch noch etwas benötigt wurde, bekamen wir es schnell von den Vermietern, die ansonsten sehr dezent und zurückhaltend waren. Wenn wir wieder in dieser Region Urlaub machen, würden wir gerne wieder kommen. Bis dahin, vielen Dank!

Super appart à 20 min de la plage avec un enfant de 2,5 ans

L'appartement contient tout le nécessaire pour une famille de 4 personnes, possibilité de loger à 6 avec le canapé. L'appartement est, super calme et proche du centre ville et notamment de la plage (20 min à pied avec des enfants dont un petit de 2.5 ans). Les propriétaires sont très serviables, présent au besoin, très discret. Si vous ne voulez pas entrer le véhicule dans la cours, un parking est à moins de 50m.

séjour familial

la location est très agréable, bien disposée et aménagée, la literie et les appareils électro ménager de grande qualité. Nous sommes venus dans le but d'assister au carnaval de Nice et à la fête des citrons à Menton à 1 heure/1 heure 30 de route en voiture. La location est proche des commerces. Les propriétaires sont discrets mais présents en cas de besoin et d'une grande gentillesse. Un grand merci à M. et Mme Bailleul, nous recommandrons cette location
