About this property

The Guest House is an elegant twin-style farm houses, newly built, surrounded by a large garden. The patio and pergola are decorated with roses and jasmine, and offer a large shaded outdoor area. The entire surface of the houses is covered by a huge terrace which offers a splendid view. The villa has a parking area. The whole is surrounded by a large very nice garden with ancient olive trees, cherry trees, flowers and herbs. The garden leads to the 14 x 6 meter swimming pool, situated in the midst of monumental trees and surrounded by lawns and flowering plants. The pool divides the Leralora villas, in the other garden, in the center of which stands the house of the owners. The property is located in the middle of beautiful countryside overlooking the so called "Vignola Lakes " in the town of Conversano. The property includes two acres of land planted with olive trees, cherry trees and fruit trees, which is accessed directly from the garden.
THE PRICES ARE FOR TWO PERSONS. FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON (MAX OCCUPANCY 4) TO ADD € 50.
CHILDREN ARE WELCOME OLDER THAN 8 YEARS

Very pleasant stay at an oasis in Puglia

Hosts were very friendly, house and garden exactly like on the photos, clean and comfortable, air-condition worked very well, pool clean and spacy - all in all: a perfect place to relax and enjoy Puglia (many beaches and sights are not far away)

Paradijsje in Puglia

Superlieve eigenaren. Warm ontvangst met lekkere watermeloen. Prachtige villa tussen de olijfbomen met een heerlijk zwembad. Het ligt heel centraal en van daar uit zijn bv Albarobello en Matera goed te rijden en zeker de moeite waard. Wat ons betreft een echte aanrader!

Superbe semaine dans les Pouilles

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans la belle propriété de Rosalia et Luciano qui sont des hôtes accueillants et chaleureux. Le logement est conforme aux descriptions et photos, le jardin est magnifique, et la piscine est très propre et délicieuse! Le tout est très bien entretenu, très agréable à vivre pour la dolce vita! Très belle maison au milieu des oliviers

Nous avons été accueilles par Luciano et Rosalia, 2 merveilleux hôtes pleins d'attention pour nous. La maison proposée est d'un très grande propreté, très bien entretenue au milieu des oliviers. Il s'en dégage une grande impression de tranquillité et de sérénité qui permettent de passer de très belles vacances. La maison est également située au milieu de nombreuses destinations touristiques facilement atteignables en voiture. Un très bel endroit que l'on quitte avec regret et difficulté.

Exceptionnel!

La situation du logement et de la magnifique piscine au milieu d'oliviers multicentenaires, des cerisiers et des fleurs est un vrai bonheur. Les produits maisons sont divins (huile, confitures, cerises). L'environnement est paisible et le logement confortable. La position est centrale pour visiter les points touristiques. Bravo à Luciano et Rosalia pour ce lieu magique.
