VILLA With swimming pool and wifi by box on a completely enclosed ground consisting as follows: An entrance through the living room with its kitchen incorporated and equipped (dishwasher-hotplates-oven-microwave, etc ..... ), a room with 1 bed 140, a room of water, a toilet. The living room opening onto the terrace-pool with garden furniture, deckchair.
Pation by outside access to a room with 2 beds 0.90 bunk, a third bedroom with 1 bed 120 with its bathroom and toilet. A laundry room with washing machine.

Nice house, nice pool, quiet surroundings

We have really enjoyed our stay at this house with pool! Especially the pool was very enjoyable with the heat and all. However, for this price we would’ve expected made up beds with nice clean sheets on all the beds and clean smelling toilets. Instead, there were paper like sheets, the beds weren’t made up at all and the toilets were clean but didn’t smell clean. Also, due to prior experiences with renting a house, we would have expected a small welcome gift.

Location un peu chère par rapport aux prestations

Maison à 300 mètres de la plage......certes mais encore faut-il aimer s.allonger sur les cailloux.... accès à la mer impossible. Il faut se rendre à la plage de la mine 2 à 3 kms pour trouver du sable. La piscine est très agréable mais très peu ensoleillée donc eau très fraîche. La maison ´ agréable également mais équipement précaire ( pas de wifi, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de couteaux de cuisine, barbecue très sale , poubelles non vidées à notre arrivée. La maison et son environnement restent cependant très agréable. Nous trouvons très désagréable de devoir payer le solde d.une location un mois à l’avance. Surprise, pas d’etat des lieux avant et après occupation des lieux mais une caution est tout de même conservée pendant 15 jours par l’agence !!!!!!!

Very spacious and clean rental with excellent pool, decking and patios,

Just a perfect stay, we were three adults and 2 children 5 & 7 yrs. The kids loved the pool and the adults the tranquil surroundings. Nearest beach was really just a bunch of rockpools and not suitable for swimming but there are no shortage of beaches nearby. The property was well maintained with everything you could possibly need (except wi-fi). Having to find the location for collecting the key in the middle of Jard sur mer town was not ideal but the manager Madame Boileau was very helpful and flexible.

A Superb Villa with pool and great location

The Villa is a superb find and great facilities, especially the pool, decking and multiple patios. The location of the villa to the sea is excellent at 600 metres, with easy access and a short walk from centre and harbour. Jard sur mer is a beautiful village and harbour with bars, markets and restaurants. Nearby is the best waterpark in the west of France, plus a Go Ape type jungle/forest climbing and zip wires. As well as it’s to do for all age groups. This is our second visit and we will be back again very soon.

A hidden gem and marvellous location and home away from home with pool!!

Location: Ideal for beach, harbor and in a very quiet and tranquil location. Jard-sur-Mer is ideal for visiting La Roche, Les Sables and La Rochelle. It has activities for all ages and a water park on its doorstep , jet ski's, vineyards, harbor, markets and more than enough to keep all ages happy. House and pool: Ideal and large, modern property which will easily sleep 5 adults and has ample space for dining in and outside, on the patio's/decking area and has space for 3 cars. The pool and outside facilities are excellent. The dining room and living room, bedrooms and kitchen, shower and toilet areas, multiples are all excellent. The description and pictures do not do it justice and the place is excellent value, it is spotlessly clean with all you need!! We will be booking again this week for next year as it is a 'Hidden gem'. Peter and Liz and family, Huntingdon, England.

petite maison agréable et bien agencée

La maison est située à 400 m de la plage la plus proche (rochers pour la pêche - bigorneaux - huitres - crevettes) dans une très jolie forêt de pins. On entend la mer de la maison. C'est très calme bien que ce soit TRES urbanisé : les maisons sont proches les unes des autres mais pas de vis-à-vis. A l'intérieur, c'est très propre et bien équipé : il y a une bouilloire électrique, grille-pain, cafetière, friteuse, un peu de matériel de cuisine. La salle de bains est bien conçue et la douche à l'italienne est très agréable. Les 2 robinets extérieurs sont bienvenus pour les pieds sableux de retour de plage. Jolie terrasse. Tout est neuf et vraiment pensé pour être bien logé. Les points faibles : le barbecue est électrique (nous, on préfère les grillades au charbon de bois) et seulement 5 oreillers.
