Consistent 5 star rated slope-side Eagle, 3 bedrooms, 1 office, 4 1/2 bath 3200 SQ ft total. Views you do not find anywhere else in Mammoth. Walk 500 yds, strap on your skis & make tracks on Bridges before you even reach chair 15.

Three fireplaces to keep you cozy and relaxed. Each bedroom has its own private in-suite bathroom. Beautiful office with a view of the hills to start your day. Amazing views through floor to ceiling windows. A soothing hot tub with a great view awaits after a long day of skiing or hiking. There are massive views from the Whites to the Sherwins to Mammoth Crest, which change by the hour as clouds stream past.

You will not find this combination of breathtaking views and ski access anywhere on Mammoth mountain--this is a truly unique location! Some sites have recognized our home as a 'Customer Favorite'

We have all the amenities that are needed to be at home from high speed wifi to all-clad pots and pans. Lutron controlled systems in place. Bring your favorite original Nespresso or k cups along and enjoy a relaxing drink to start your day. You can watch all your favorite shows on Roku or smart tv or curl up with a good book in front of one of two fire places in the bedrooms.

Altis Mammoth Lakes is situated adjacent to the prestigious Greyhawk development. Mammoth Lakes offers 3,500 skiable acres, 150 trails and 29 lifts. The Tamarack Cross Country Ski Center offers 45 km of groomed trails that meander around Twin Lakes and the Lake Basin.

In summer, Mammoth is a world-class mountain destination, home to a mountain bike park & hundreds of miles of hiking trails, pristine streams and lakes for fishing and Sierra Star Golf course. Come home to the deck and cook up the fish on the BBQ. Mammoth is also considered the gateway to Yosemite's east side, with the entry gate only a 45 minute drive.

Please check with Mammoth Mountain for hours and days of operation. We suggest you purchase travel insurance in case of any cancellations or closures.

First Class Experience

We had an amazing stay and look forward to coming back soon. The condo is beautiful, clean, convenient, and well stocked. We stay in homes across the country and this property makes our top five. The owner is great to work with and we couldn’t ask for a property to be mote prepared and convenient. 5 star experience.

Excellent property, location & amenities!

Bita's property is absolutely stunning. You can see mountain views in each room. And every consideration was made to ensure our stay was enjoyable. It was very easy to check in, the beds were all very comfortable, and the location can't be beat -- you can walk a few steps to the Bridges run and ski in / out. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a very clean & comfortable stay with the best amenities. Thanks for having us!

I’ve stayed here in the spring for some snow, and this was my second time staying here but for some summer hiking! Just a beautiful place in the most peaceful and beautiful mountain town! Will definitely be returning in the future!

Hi we bought this model home as our vacation home. I spend a lot of time upgrading and taking care of it. I have met a ton of great repeat customers in the past years. Why they chose this property

You will not find anywhere on the mountain the combination of views, ski access, and luxury that our townhome offers. The views of the valley and the lake are spectacular, and are only rivaled by the views at the Bluffs, which have no ski access. With the alpine views from the bedrooms, you literally feel like you are in the trees or the woods. You need only walk about 56 yards (170 feet) to Bridges ski run. You can put your skis on and ski down to chair 15. At chair 15 you can pickup your ski pass or just hop onto the lift.

Finally, this is our vacation home, and we have never rented it, until 2015. All of the finishings are of the highest quality, as you may be able to glean from the pictures.
