Holiday

We booked this place for 12 people and had a great time! The pool area was beautiful, the kitchen was really big and had everything we needed to cook for such a big group. Also the house owner helped us everytime there was a problem. Great stay!!!!

OK for groups but for families?

There is a beautiful environement. This house is more for big groups, and not for families. The kitchen is basic ( it's ok for big groups). There is no salon and the first buid-lding (with the kitchen and the eatingrooms) are not clean and not cosiness. This rooms are more for groups of young people. The other building (with the sleepingrooms and little salon and little kitchen) is better, clean and more for families (but they miss a good kitchen and meetingrooms .

Perfect communication and excellent service

We were booked to stay here with our family for a wedding in June and due to some unforeseen circumstances we had some major complications. Frediano could not have been more helpful. His rapid responses to all communication and his willingness to accommodate viewing and work out alternative arrangements to help with the complications were excellent. We would definitely consider coming here in the future and would definitely recommend to friends.

luogo dove cuore anima e mente rinascono

Posto speciale per la semplicita' e genuinita' del luogo e delle persone che da sempre lo abitano e se ne prendono cura. Il silenzio, la quiete e la natura sono parte integrante della vacanza che abbiamo condiviso in 20 amici...dei quali 12 sono bambini...Meraviglioso lo spazio esterno...piscina eco con vista mozzafiato sulle colline marchigiane...spazi interni vivibilissimi, spaziosi, ordinati. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole relax ma anche a chi vuol raggiungere splendide città da visitare e un ottimo mare da vivere...
