The villa has just been completed in May. It offers 145 m² of full foot on a wooded and fenced 2 500 m². Four bedrooms, large living room, bathroom (bath and shower) + shower, 2 toilets, two car garage, large screen TV, all comforts, appliances available as well as washing machine, barbecue and garden furniture. Accepted animals.
The beach is 300 m. walk.

Beaucoup de choses à revoir
Maison très bien placée mais avec un jardin mal entretenu un portail cassé très difficile à manipuler une fuite dans la cuisine et un équipement plutôt médiocre pour le prix de la location à la semaine. Il faudrait penser à revoir les prestations ou baisser le prix. Pour ce prix il devrait y avoir internet disponible dans la maison.

Grande maison trop neuve
Maison de vacances trop peu habitée pour recevoir 12 personnes avec tout le nécessaire pour en profiter pleinement. Grande pièce à vivre très agréable. Pour une maison pour 12 personnes, avec 4 chambres, un lit de 140cm de plus aurait été plus fonctionnel qu'un clic-clac. Concernant la vaisselle, il manquait des basiques tel que petits saladiers, couverts à salade, plats à gratins... La salle de bains et la douche manquent de patères pour suspendre les serviettes et vêtements.

Maison en parfaite état à 10 minutes de la plage. Très grande pièce à vivre et très grand jardin, idéal pour les enfants.

Excellent séjour à recommander
Tout était parfait dans la maison : son confort, son ameublement, son aménagement et son équipement. La plage est proche. De nombreuses animations comme un parc aquatique se situent à proximité. Les commerces de première nécessité son proches. A une dizaine de kilomètres,un centre commercial à Guérande offre toutes les possibilités de faire des achats ainsi que les commerces de cette très belle cité touristique. Les curiosités à découvrir sont nombreuses dans toute la région. Le temps a été formidable durant tout le séjour et nous n'avons pas connu la canicule subie dans d'autres régions. La proximité de la gare de la Baule (TGV pour Paris) de son aérodrome d'Escoublac et de la route à quatre voies avant l'autoroute peuvent permettre des séjours au calme et sans contrainte, à la fois à la campagne et à la mer. Une destination à découvrir ou à y retourner...
