About this property

The room I rent is in a house located in a beautiful residential area of Alicante, within an urbanization with swimming pool. The room has two single beds and as there are 2 full bathrooms, one of them for the exclusive use of the guest and the rest of the house would be shared with me that I live alone.
The room I rent can accommodate 1 or 2 people and the other is the one I use. It has a large living room of 40m2, full kitchen with everything you need, Air Conditioning with Heat / Cold pump and Wifi
A 10 minute walk you have the Almadraba Beach and Albufereta and San Juan Beach 7 minutes by tram (TRAM).
A few meters away you have "Alicante Golf" an 18-hole golf course.
Of course, an ideal environment to spend unforgettable days.
Area very well connected and with all kinds of services, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pubs, parks and in an environment without crowds but with a lot of life.
You have very good connections through public transport such as the bus and the tram (TRAM) with a stop next to the house and with it you can reach the center of Alicante in 15 minutes and to different beaches and coastal towns such as Campello, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Denia, etc ...

the best place you can stay :)

Yolanda is very friendly and open host. She has adorable dog NANA and proud cat Grispi. The room is clean and tidy, possibility to use kitchen and separate bathroom only for guests. Amazing view from balcony. Possibility to go out and go in at any convenient time. Pool as part of building. Close to one of the best beaches in Alicante - San Juan ( 15-20 min walk) or the closest beach cc 5 min walk from place. Possibility to use garage to park a car. Shops close to the place and also a lot of restaurants. I really recommend the place. One of the best I have ever stayed.

Hemos estado fenomenal, tranquilas y muy a gusto. Yolanda es una anfitriona estupenda, amable, atenta y encantadora. La casa preciosa, la habitacion cómoda y el baño para nosotras solas. La terraza tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Todo muy bien, repetiremos seguro, un abrazo guapa...
