In a very quiet residence, T2 apartment on the 2nd floor on 2 of 37 m2 plus a panoramic terrace of 7 m2, located 150 m from a cove and a bus stop (3 km from the city center), and 800 m from the famous Barbicaja beach, a cellar for storing bicycles and windsurfers, garden and private parking. All comfort, 1 bedroom with double bed and a comfortable BZ in the living room, air conditioned. Close to all shops (300m) and possibly served by a shuttle, restaurants and beach huts. No need to take your vehicle to take a dip in the big blue.

Excellent sejour
Le studio est idéalement situé avec une vue sur mer. Il est parfaitement équipé de tout le matériel nécessaire ainsi que de la vaisselle. Climatisation. La plage est à proximité immédiate ainsi que les commerces. Le contact avec le propriétaire est parfait.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, tolle Lage an Peripherie im Westen der Stadt. Strände erreicht man zu Fuß. Zuvorkommender Vermieter, der immer guten Rat weiß, wenn man ihn fragt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Kleine Ferienwohnung für 2. Schöner Meerblick. Gute Ausstattung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Schöner Strand in 800 m. Leider kein Internet verfügbar. Gerne wieder.
